A New Dimension of Hope would like to invite you to share in our celebration of Leaders in
Overcoming Obstacles to Peace, at the 1st Annual L.O.O.P Awards Luncheon and Ceremony.
We will be honoring Liberian native Rosana Schaack, winner of the 2012 Vital Voices Human
Rights Award and a Liberian Fellow of Adolescent Girls' Advocacy Leadership Initiative. The
event will be held on June 6th, 2015 at the Denver Athletic Club.
Guest speaker at the event will be Dr. M.D. Kinoti, a champion of overcoming obstacles to
peace. Dr. Kinoti has more than 20 years of experience working with multicultural teams in
international co community development and graduate teaching. Dr. Kinoti has worked to help
the poor in rural and urban communities in East Africa. He is the current Chair of the Global
Nonprofit Leadership Department and the Master of Nonprofit Management Program at Regis
University.
A New Dimension of Hope is a nonprofit organization that addresses issues of poverty and
illiteracy as it pertains to less fortunate children globally. We create programs that focus on
empowerment, self-sustainability, and critical thinking. Our current project is the opening of an
elementary school in Troyah Town, Liberia where no formal educational institution exists. The
school was successfully constructed in 2012 and is scheduled to open July 2015. This school
will serve 100 children in its first year, providing students not only with an education including
all school supplies, but also feeing each child two meals.
Your support of the L.O.O.P. Awards Luncheon will provide important funding directly toward
this project, including the payment of teachers salaries and school supplies and meals. As a
sponsor, your company will support education in one of the most poverty stricken villages in
Liberia and receive exposure to thousands of Denver residents.
