USEReady ONE 1.04.07

NEW CAPABILITIES/ IMPROVEMENTS

This release will enable users to migrate multiple workbooks based on a
trigger file.
Secure Sync and Migration modules were revamped to utilize REST APIs,
instead of TABCMD. This will enable the features to perform faster and
more efficiently.
USEReady ONE Installer has been modified to provide users with easier
options to set preferences and improve the overall Install experience.
Many cosmetic changes have been made to our browser based GUI to
provide a better UI experience to the users.
Additional improvements have been applied to improve refreshing of
extracts

BUG FIXES

The following issues were corrected in this release.

Bug Id 1840: Migration using trigger file is not working.
Bug Id 1835: Destination Site and Group are not binding back in UI
Bug Id: 1747: Exception is thrown when users are added to a group via File Sync.
Bug Id 1639: In LDAP Non recursive Sync, synched users are displayed with Default
Site Admin License in tableau server.
Bug Id 1638: In LDAP Non recursive Sync, synched users are displayed with Default
publisher rights for Viewer permissions in tableau server.
Bug Id: 1632: In LDAP Non recursive Sync, deleting of Users from the Group fails.

Bug Id 1631: In LDAP Non recursive Sync, users are not getting synched if set for
folder mapping options.
Bug Id 1856: In UI, Clicking done button takes time to load the loading icon
Bug Id 1754: Status Alert Starting the Service entry is not displaying in Log File
Bug Id 1748: Deleting of site name is not shown in Email.
Bug Id 1697: Clicking The Next Button fails to work in System Reports Screen.
Bug Id 1681: Migration Of workbook from Data Source published by excel file fails
Bug Id 1680: Migration of Admin Workbooks to a different server fails.
Bug Id 1695: Refreshing of Workbook fails during Extract Refresh.
Bug Id 1659: In AD Non Recursive sync, Users & groups will not sync if we create a
group inside the Users OU or any other OU which is directly inside the root domain.
Bug Id 1650: After completion of Sync for AD & LDAP, emails that are generated do not
notify of delete activities for site, project and group.
Bug Id 1665: Unknown publisher warning appears when trying to install
USEReadyOne.exe.

KNOWN ISSUES

Sometimes Done button needs to be clicked twice after configuring the

workbook for migration

Migration is currently not supported for workbooks with Multiple Live Connections
