Divide the cable into three parts cross bond the sheaths; the induced voltage is a
vector; with cross bonding you can have the three vectors cancel out and minimal
circulating currents. To see it, look at the cables as three single phase transformer; you
are creating a delta and earthing one corner (the two ends of the cable). If the current in
the phases are balanced there will be no circulating current in the delta (sheaths)

These cables are for main incomer of one substation.
On this stage of project it is difecult for me to do cross bonding,

If you lift one end you will have a high voltage on the lifted end under fault conditions;
what it is; needs to be worked out and approved. You need to organise the lifted end
with the knowedge it can rise to the calculated voltage.
If the screen and armor are lifted you will have to run an alternate earth return path.
It is probable a solution but in my view the modelling has to be done.

I have seen one side connected through a small surge arrester. It could be a solution.

As said by other collegues the induction voltage shall be calculated and surge arrester
can be applied. The sheat (used to cover shield/armor) has its withstand to overvoltage,
hence you can avoid the measure against the overvoltages at disconnected terminal if
the transients voltage are lower than sheat limits.
The need of return path depends on the type of network (neutral earthing) and the
characteristics of the protection system.

The usual practise is to ground the cable armour at one end of the cable only and to
isolate the other in order to prevent circulating currents in the cable armour. Normally
the load end cable armour is grounded and at the supply end of the cable the armour is
isolated from ground. From my experience with similar installations this should solve
your problem.

Get the induced voltage calculation from vendor and use link box with suitable surge
arrester and crossover connection.
Also get solution from vendor for cable earthing if still face problem.....

This is mainly due to unproper earthing of metalic sheath of cable if used or otherwise
of armour....

For such a long and high current cables use one end svl and the other end earthing. If
the voltage induced is high then sectionalize to reduce the current

For single core cable without transposition as explained earlier is common. Check
whether arm or is rated for this current and derate the cable accordingly.

Check the loading on each cable. I suspect since there are 5 cables per phase possibly
some cables are underloaded and some might be over loaded.

You need to use link boxes every 500 m to have ground connections and more
importantly to switch phases throughout the cable length.
