This 7 rounds nationally rated chess team tournament is open to all players (4 players + 1 reserve). FIDE chess
rules and regulations apply. The SWISS Manager program will be used for pairings. Time control will be 25 minutes
to finish. The games will be played according to the schedule below. The Organizers reserve the right to reject
entries.The Team Event will be followed by an OPEN BLITZ EVENT on Sunday 21 st June @ 2:00pm. One team is
entitled to one prize only (whichever higher). Certificates for participants provided.

*Eligible teams must consists of all players with Malaysian identity card
# In the event of a tie, the player whose team has a higher standing wins. To be eligible,
the player must play at least 5 rounds.

Registering Teams registering after 7th of June shall be charged an additional RM 100 per team. Due to
space constraint, we advise teams to register early.

1) ENTRY FORM WITH copy of payment receipt to any of the emails above.
2) Direct submission of payment with entry forms are also welcome
3) An acknowledgement of the received payment will be sent. Kindly remind us if you have not
receive within 7 days of the notification
4) Players should be registered as per board order upon submission. Changes in board order,
changes or addition of names will be surcharged at RM25 per change
5) If you have any queries, kindly contact our event manager

ENTRY FORM
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The average rating of the players in a team should not exceed 2250 during play - Any teams exceeding the rating cap shall be
forfeited (0-4) during that round. Unrated Malaysian player 1800 -- Unrated Foreign player 2000
Sequence of Type of Ratings will be as follows: FIDE Rapid Rtg, followed by FIDE Standard Rtg, followed by MCF National Rating.".
The decision made by the Chief Arbiter will be final
