19/L-1/ Dated 18/8/1994 W.e.f. 1/10/1994. This post was previously designated
as consolidation officer Akola. As per new Taluka pattern
the Taluka Inspector of Land Record Akola, Barshitakli, Akot,
Patur, Balapur, Telhara, Murtijapur. are working under the Superintendent of
Land Records Akola.

Director Agriculture with the Signature of the collector

To inspect the various type of work of under working staff as per
prescribed norms

To detect the encroachment on Govt. Grampanchat, Municipal
Lands, without permission non-agriculture cases, Change of use cases & to
detect of breach of condition is in Land grant cases and Submit report to the
Revenue Authority for necessary action.

To do Survey under section 126 of MLR code of gaothan village
above 2000 population and prepared the survey records of such village.

To maintain property cards in city survey area and surveyed
gaothan Area and Take mutation if the change is found as per rule

To prepare a Kami Jasti Patrak mainly in the Land Acquisition
cases and non-agriculture cases.

To Maintain the Dist. Survey Records
