ORDER
On March 6, 2015, Plaintiffs filed multiple motions including: (1) for leave to
amend, (2) to certify class, and (3) for preliminary injunction. (Doc. 76). Defendant
Davis was ordered to respond to all of the motions by todays date, March 17, 2015.
Defendant Luther Strange filed a response to the motion to amend on March 9,
2015 (Doc. 78), but has not yet responded to the motions to certify class or for
preliminary injunction. Accordingly, Defendant Luther Strange is ORDERED to
file a response to the motions to certify class and for preliminary injunction on or
before Monday, March 23, 2015.
