NOTE: Preparatory department is compulsory for only those students who want to study in Russian/Ukrainian language. The course
is available in almost all Universities of Ukraine.

Documents Needed for Admission: In Order to receive students invitation letter, you will have to provide us the following original
scanned documents by email:

Scanned original passport (pages with the photograph, date of birth and passport validity (date of issue & expiry),
Educational Certificates & Transcripts (minimum 12 years of study),
At least 3 course choice (relevant to student's previous educational background).
Note: Maximum age limit for undergraduate students is 29 years. It normally takes 10-15 days to process an invitation
letter from the recommended University. The classes normally start by 1st September every year at Ukrainian universities.
Foreign students are allowed to join their English Medium Programs until 15th of November. Students arriving after 5th of
November can join Preparatory Program only.

All dues are paid upon arrival in Ukraine except the cost of invitation letter, visa support letter and admission letter which is
500US$ per applicant. This amount can be paid to us through bank transfer, western union or through any other source alongwith
scanned copies of students' documents for admission.

Upon receiving the invitation letter student should contact the nearest Ukraine embassy to apply for the students visa.
Documents Needed for Ukraine Visa: The following documents are required for the Ukrainian Study Visa:

Filled & signed Visa Application Form

10 photographs (3x4 cm)
An international passport valid for one year
Original invitation letter from Ukrainian University
Confirmation letter from Ukraine Ministry to Embassy of Ukraine
Birth certificate (translated into Russian/Ukrainian language)
Educational documents including Certificates & Transcripts etc.
Medical certificate showing mental & physical fitness
Medical certificate showing absence of HIV

After getting visa student should confirm his/her flight and inform us about the flight details with time and airport name.
Our representative shall receive students at the airport and accompany the student to the University and the students hostel. The
student will not be allowed to enter the territory of Ukraine if we are not notified about his/her arrival well in advance and our
Representative is not present at the airport to receive student with the power of attorney from the University. This is because of
the Rules and Regulations of Ukrainian Immigration Authorities.
Note: Students should bring their complete first year charges along with his/her complete documents, otherwise they will be sent
back to their home country.
Well advise the prospective students to come to either Dnipropetrovsk or to Donetsk international airport, it is convenient for us to
receive the students there. - The available fights are Turkish airways, Ukraine international Airlines, Aeroswift, Aeroflot, KLM,
Lufthansa, Air-France, Austrian Airlines and Donbass Airways. But if you are not able to get flight to above-mentioned airports then
you can get flight to Odessa or to Kyiv.
