Arfen Kpr mesnetleri; Su geirimsiz kauuk ve elik plakalardan oluup, st yapdan gelen ykleri doru ve
uygun ekilde kpr ayaklarna aktarmada kullanlrlar. Bu sistemler fabrikamzda tabii kauuk (NR) veya kloropren
(CR) plakalar (baz durumlarda sadece kauuk) ve elik plakalarn yksek s ve basn altnda birletirilmesi ile
oluurlar. elikten mamul kuvvetlendirme plakalar kauuk malzeme ile vulkanize edilerek kompozit ve yklere
dayankl bir sistem olutururlar. Bu retim sistemi sonucu, ARFEN kpr mesnetleri korozyona kar garantili
uzun mrl bir zm sunar. Kauuk yzey ya, gres, petrol, gne nlar kar ve tuzlama kimyasallarna kar
dayankldr .
Btn bu mesnetler yapdaki st yapya gelen her trl ykleri (trafik yk, deprem yk, rzgar yk vb)
uygun bir ekilde kpr ayaklarna aktaracak ekilde son teknoloji nda dizayn edilir ve retilirler.
Arfen bridge bearings, consisting of a waterproof rubber and steel plates which transfers the loads rightly from
upper structure to the bridge columns . This system produces in factory under high temperature and pressure with
natural rubber (NR) or chloroprene (CR) plates (in some cases only rubber) and steel plates . Steel plates vulcanized
with rubber material therefore compozite and strong system has been obtained for loads. This production system
is giving to ARFEN bridge bearings, corrosion-guaranteed long-lasting solution. Rubber is strong against to
surface oil, grease, oil, chemicals, resistant to uv rays, snow and salt.
All of these bearings designed and manufactured accordance with recent technology to transfer every kind of
loads (traffic load, seismic load, wind load, etc.) from the upper structure to the legs of the bridges.

Mesnet seimi aadaki abaklardan yaplabilir. Yada ilgili proje deerlerini firmamza ileterek zel olarak
rettirebilirsiniz.

POT BEARINGS
anak mesnetler dey ykleri, yatay ykleri, boyuna ve enine hareketleri ve dnme kombinasyonlarn tamak
iin tasarlanmtr. Bu tip mesnetler 50,000 kN gibi ok yksek ykleri tayabilmektedir. Doal kauuk tampon
tamamen elik anak iine yerletirilir. Yksek basn altnda kauuk bir sv gibi davranr. Kauuun elastikiyeti
yatay eksende pistona eik hareket (dnme) verir. Mesnet tipinin sabit , ynlendirilmi kayc ya da serbest
kayc olmasna bal olarak, anak (pot) mesnet dikey ykler ve buna karlk gelen yatay kuvvetlere bal olarak
uzunlamasna ya da enine ynde harekete uygundur.
Pot bearings are designed to carry combinations of vertical loads, horizontal loads, longitudinaland transversal
movements, and rotations.
This type of bearing can carry very high loads of over 50,000 kN. A completely encased natural rubber pad
is positioned in a steel pot. Under high pressure the pad behaves like a liquid. The elasticity of the rubber allows
tilting movement (rotation) of the piston in the horizontal axis.Depending on whether the bearing is fixed, guided
sliding or a free sliding, pot bearings accommodate vertical loads and corresponding horizontal forces, as well as
movements in longitudinal or transversal directions.

2- Serbest kayc tip; Sabit tipten farkl olarak, bu ok ynl mesnetlere kaydrmay salamak iin PTFE levhaya temas eden paslanmaz stenitik levha ile donatlmlardr.
3- Ynlendirilmi kayc tip; Ynlendirilmi kayc mesnetler serbest kayc mesnet ile yap olarak ayndr
ancak ayn zamanda snrlandrmak iin bir tane ya da daha fazla klavuz ile donatlmtr.
1- Fixed Type; These bearings consist of a pot / piston assembly within which an elastomericdisc is encapsulated and fitted with ananti-extrusion sealing device. Under loadthis encapsulated elastomeric disc acts in a
similar manner to a nuncompressible confined fluid, enabling the pot and piston to rotate relative to each other.
These bearings enable rotation in any direction while at the same time the structure is constrained horizontally.
The pot and piston feature fittings for securing the bearing to the bridge structure.
2- Free sliding Type; Identical in construction to the fixed bearings, these multi-directionaldevices are fitted
with a virgin PTFE sheet in contact with an austenitic steelplate, enabling the bearing to slide inall directions.
3- Guided sliding Type; Guided sliding devices are identical inconstruction to free sliding bearings butare
also fitted with one or more guidesto limit the bearings movement to only one direction.
YATAY YK MESNETLER
Yatay yk mesnetleri, bir veya daha fazla ynde yatay ykleri karlamak iin tasarlanmtr. Bu tipler elastomerik
bir mesnet ya da serbest kayc mesnet ile birlikte kullanlabilir. Yatay yk mesnetleri yanal yatay ykleri tarlarken
elastomerik mesnetler ve / veya pot mesnetler, dey yk tarlar.
Horizontal load bearings are designed to absorb horizontal loads in one or more directions. This type of bearing
can be used with elastomeric bearings or free sliding pot bearings.
In this configuration, elastomeric bearings and / or pot bearings support the vertical load, while horizontal load
bearings restrain lateral horizontal loads.

Yapnn deprem yklerinin azaltlmas kavramna dayal olarak Sismik izolasyon tasarm bir yapnn deprem
yklerinin aktarmadaki en etkili tasarm teknolojisi olarak kabul edilir. Sismik izolasyon tasarm sayesinde sadece
yeni yaplarn deil ayn zamanda eski yaplarnda temel ile st erevesi arasnda zel izolatrler yerletirilmesi
yoluyla sismik izolasyon salamak artk mmkn. Mterinin ihtiyacna gre kurun ekirdekli ve yksek snmlemi
kapatiseli tipler bulunmaktadr.
Kurun ekirdekli zolatr mesnetler; Kurun ekirdek, ar hareketler srasnda etkili snmlemeyi kolaylatrr.
Kurun ekirdein snmleme kapasitesi % 25 den byk olabilir.
Yksek snmlemeli kauuk izolatr mesnetler; Yksek snmleme kapasitesi olan kauuk mesnetler,
HDRB zel bileimli snmleme zellikli kauuk ve kauuk tabakalar arasnda elik plakal takviye edilmi oklu
katmanlardan oluur. Mteri istekleri dorultusunda dikdrtgen veya dairesel eklinde imal edilebilirler.

Seismic isolation design is considered the most effective design technology for protection measures
against earthquakes as it is based on the concept of reducing the seismic forces transferred to a structure.
With seismic isolation design it is now possible to seismically isolate not only new constructions but
also existing constructions through the insertion of special devices between the base of the structure and its
foundations.
There are lead core rubber bearings and high dumping rubber bearings according to costumer s needs.
Lead Core Rubber Bearings ; The lead cylinder facilitates very effective damping during extreme
movements. The damping factor of lead core rubber bearings can be higher then 25%
High damping rubber bearings ; The high damping rubber bearings HDRB consist of multiple elastomer
layers made of special dissipative rubber compounds, separated by reinforcing steel plates moulded to the
rubber layer, and can be manufactured in a rectangular or circular shape according to customer requirements.

The hydraulic devices are basically composed by a cylinder filled by silicon fluid with a movable piston; controlling
the fluid flow from one side of the piston to the other it is possible to obtain the required device response law. The
device reacts to the imposed relative movement between its connection points that could be between structure
and ground or between two internal nodes of a structure.

reaksiyonlarn ve mekanik titreimleri absorbe ederler.Yatay ykler (Aralarn fren yapmas sonucu oluan , termal
genlemeler den kaynakl uzama ve ksalmalar ve deprem ykleri sebebiyle oluabilecek) kauuk ve beton arasnda
srtnme yolu ile kauuun ekil deitirmesine dntrlr.

against corrosion for long-lasting solution. Rubber is strong against to surface oil, grease, oil, chemicals, resistant
to UV rays, snow and salt. All expansion joints are designed to absorb movements and expansions of the structure
by changing their shape. Expansion joints of different sizes are fixed to the reinforced concrete from both sides
by using of suitable corrosion-resistant galvanized anchor bolts and chemical anchors to absorb elastic reactions,
mechanical vibrations and other movements of the structure. Lateral loads (as a result of the vehicles braking,
seismic loads ,due to thermal expansion resulting elongation and shortening) is converted by the way of friction
between rubber and concrete by changing rubber shape.

ARFEN rubber expansion joints compensates vertical displacements because of its elastic structure. This
characteristic is very important for vertical movements and loads. This type of rubber bridge expansion joints
can be combined with aluminium or rubber at walkways.

Arfen elik profil ve kauuk contal kpr genleme derzleri, su geirimsiz kauuk ve elik profillerden oluan,
genleme hareketlerini snmleyebilen bir derz sistemidir. Bu sistemdeki profiller mterinin isteine gre
ekstrzyon ekme profil veya kaynakl yapma profilden oluabilmektedir.
Arfen steel bridge expansion joints are consisting of a waterproof rubber gasket and steel profiles to absorbe
movements. This system can be manufactured according request of customer by using extrusion profiles or
made profiles.
Derz elemannda kullanlan kenar elik profil ve btn ankraj elemanlar (ankraj plakalar, ankraj etriyeleri)
minimum DIN ST 372 (EN 10025 S235JRG2) kalitesindedir. ok aklkl derzlerde boyuna orta profiller minimum
DIN ST 523 (EN 10025S355J2G3) kalitesinde seilmektedir.
Steel used in the edge of the joint element, and all the anchor elements (anchor plates, anchor hoops) minimum
DIN ST 37-2 (EN 10025 S235JRG2) quality. Multi-span joints, middle longitudinal profiles, the minimum DIN ST
52-3 (S355J2G3 EN 10025) quality is selecting.
Genleme derzi 12 mye kadar yekpare, 12 myi amas durumunda ise darenin onaylayaca boyda iki
paradan oluacaktr. Genleme derzi ek yeri tat yolu dnda olacak zorunlu hallerde tat trafii etkisinin en az
olduu kesimde bulunacaktr.
Expansion joints up to 12 m is produced one piece, when joints is exceeding 12 m length by the approval of
costumer shall consist of two parts. Necessary joints should chosen out of impact of vehicle traffic areas or
minimum impact of vehicle traffic areas.

Korozyona kar elik profiller yzey temizlii salanacak ekilde sa2 1/2 kalitesinde kumlama ilemi sonras
beklenmeden astar boyalar atlm olacaktr. En az 80 mikron inko esasl astar ve stne en az 100 mikron klor
kauuk veya epoksi esasl boya ile paslanma ve d etkilere kar kaplanacaktr.
Against corrosion surface cleaning of steel profiles will be sand blasted with quality of sa2 1/2 and without
waiting primers will be applied. At least 80 microns of zinc based primer and at least 100 microns chlorinated
rubber or epoxy resin coating paint will be applied against to rust of external influences.
Genleme derzi tertibatnda kullanlacak tm kauuk(NR- CR) elemanlar ilgili EN ve/veya DIN ve TSE normlarna
uygun retilmektedirler.
All rubber (NR-CR) elements of expansion joints has produced according with the relevant EN and / or DIN
and TSE standards.
Derz sistemi, su geirimsizlii tek para halinde uygun conta eleman ile salanmaktadr. Conta eleman
btn bir profil boyunca devam eden yuva ierisine birebir oturacak ekilde imal edilmektedir. Yzey sularnn
aaya akmas veya szmasn kesinlikle engelleyecek ekilde, gerektiinde (bakm, onarm, deitirme) yerinden
karlabilir nitelikte, dinamik hareketler (trafik, sismik hareketler) nedeniyle yrtlmayacak, kopmayacak, yerlerinden
kmayacak ve ara tekerlek yzeyleri ile temas etmeyecek ekilde planlanp ve imal edilmektedir.
Joints water tightness is provided in one piece with the appropriate sealing gasket. Sealing gasket made
to fit exactly into the ongoing housing along the profile.They have planed and produced in accordence to no
surface water leakage , when neccessary can be removed from locate ( for maintance ), under dynamic load will
not be tear, rupture, not come up from their locate and not contac to wheel of vehicle.
