The undersigned is informed and believes that:

COUNT 1
On or about March 18, 2015, in the above named judicial district, the crime of ARSON OF A
STRUCTURE, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 451(c), a felony, was committed by Robert
A Trujillo, who did willfully, unlawfully, and maliciously set fire to and burn and cause to be burned
a structure located at Redands High School, 840 E. Citrus Avenue, Redlands.

"NOTICE: The above offense is a serious felony within the meaning of Penal Code section
1192.7(c) and a violent felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 667.5(c)."

COUNT 2
On or about March 18, 2015, in the above named judicial district, the crime of ARSON OF
PROPERTY OF ANOTHER, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 451(d), a felony, was
committed by Robert A Trujillo, who did willfully, unlawfully, and maliciously set fire to and burn and
cause to be burned the property of another, to wit, Redands High School, located at 840 E. Citrus
Avenue, Redlands.

On or about March 18, 2015, in the above named judicial district, the crime of ARSON OF
PROPERTY OF ANOTHER, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 451(d), a felony, was
committed by Robert A Trujillo, who did willfully, unlawfully, and maliciously set fire to and burn and
cause to be burned the property of another, to wit, Redands High School, located at 840 E. Citrus
Avenue, Redlands.

On or about March 18, 2015, in the above named judicial district, the crime of VANDALISM
OVER $400 DAMAGE-DAMAGE/DESTROY, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 594(a), a
felony, was committed by Robert A Trujillo, who did unlawfully and maliciously damage and
destroy real and personal property, to wit, windows and classroom not his/her own, belonging to
Redlands Unified School District, the amount of said damage being over $400.00.

COUNT 5
On or about March 18, 2015, in the above named judicial district, the crime of GRAND
THEFT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 487(a), a felony, was
committed by Robert A Trujillo, who did unlawfully take money and personal property of a value
exceeding Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($950), to wit electronics, checks, keys, candles the property
of Church of the Nazarene.

COUNT 6
On or about March 18, 2015, in the above named judicial district, the crime of VANDALISM
OVER $400 DAMAGE-DAMAGE/DESTROY, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 594(a), a
felony, was committed by Robert A Trujillo, who did unlawfully and maliciously damage and
destroy real and personal property, to wit, windows, church items not his/her own, belonging to
Church of the Nazarene, the amount of said damage being over $400.00.

COUNT 7
On or about March 18, 2015, in the above named judicial district, the crime of SECOND
DEGREE BURGLARY, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 459, a felony, was committed by
Robert A Trujillo, who did enter a church with the intent to commit larceny and any felony.
