Understanding(alsocalledintellection)isapsychologicalprocessrelatedtoanabstractorphysicalobject,such
asaperson,situation,ormessagewherebyoneisabletothinkaboutitanduseconceptstodealadequatelywith
thatobject.Understandingisarelationbetweentheknowerandanobjectofunderstanding.Understandingimplies
abilitiesanddispositionswithrespecttoanobjectofknowledgesufficienttosupportintelligentbehavior.[1]
