Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa

Featuring a unique concept and one of the most

extensive spa in the subcontinent, Park Hyatt Goa
Resort and Spa creates the magic and romance of a
luxury boutique hotel while having the amenities
and vibrant attractions of a resort.
A sanctuary for the discerning traveller it is also a
venue for meetings and conferences, spectacular
events, creative weddings and social gatherings.

Designed by famed resort architect Simeon

Halstead and landscape designer Peter Imrik of
Napa, California the resort brilliantly blends
elegance with drama. The eminent lighting
designer, Babu Shankar has used theatrical lighting
effects to make the property come alive.
The resort respects and enhances Goas unique
tropical environment and sets the precedent for
quality and innovative design for the tourism
industry in India.

Location
Goa
Goa, the former Portuguese enclave, has
enjoyed a prominent place in the
travellers lexicon. Located on the
South-West Coast of India, Goa is
easily reached by a short flight from
Indias financial capital, Mumbai.
Location Cansaulim, South Goa
The difference between North and
South Goa is more than just a
convenient geographical division. The
Zuari river acts as not only a great
political and cultural divide between
Christian Salcete and Hindu Ponda but
as a much wider economic and cultural
marker. Some of the Goas Churches
and finest estates are in the interior of
Salcete.
Cansaulim, a quaint village in Salcete,
South Goa features old mansions of
wealthy families, stripes or intensive
rice cultivation and fishing huts
scattered under coconut palms.
The rising prosperity of Salcete has not yet created the packaged pop culture of the northern coast
Here the pace is much gentler. Long stretches of sand are completely deserted and there are a variety of places
to explore.

Guest Rooms
Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa embraces the
Mediterranean atmosphere of a Goan Village. The
hotels 250 rooms and suites are set among more
than 45 acres of beach front property and is
divided into distinctive guest accommodation
neighbourhoods. A necklace of glimmering
waterways and lagoons threads the IndoPortuguese style Pousadas, or villas.
One of the outstanding features of the guest rooms

are the spacious open-plan, spa style bathrooms.

The in-room pampering experience is maximised
by the bath spa amenities, the plunge pool and the
rain shower. Many of the rooms feature an outdoor
shower and some of them overlook a secret garden
with brilliantly hued flowering plants.
The other unique feature of the rooms is the high
speed internet access both in the rooms as well as
in the verandas and DVDs on request.
