hisPenthousecondominiumunit.Thetwoareknowntobetopplacersintheirlawschoolbatch.Theresultofthefinalgradesforthefirst
semesterofSY20112012wasreleasedonOctober28,2011.JohnPaulCampbelloutscoredLouisclarkbyonepointwhichmadejohn
Campbellthewinnerofthebet.
OnthenightofOctober312011JohnPaularrivedat10210CondominiuminBeverlyHills,Alabang,Muntinlupa.dressedupasTinkerbell.

andafoulodoremanatingfromthestabwound.Hewasconfined,underwentDebridementofGangreneofWoundsurgeryperformedbyDr.
TapyosandstayedfornineteendayswherehediedfromHospitalAcquiredPneumoniaasacomplicationofthesurgery.

Thedeathofthevictimwasnotduetothewoundsustainedbutbecauseofhospitalacquiredpneumoniaasstatedinthedeath
certificate.
Hospitalacquiredinfectionsarenotwithinthecontrolofthedefendantandthedeathofthevictimcannotbepinnedonhim.
