RE: ORDINANCE NO. 004, SERIES OF 2014 OF THE
BARANGAY COUNCIL OF PAMPANGA, BUHANGIN DISTRICT,
DAVAO CITY, ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING
I.D.SYSTEM

Background
1. This pertains to an Ordinance No. 004, Series Of 2014 Of The Barangay Council
Of Pampanga, Buhangin District, Davao City, Entitled An Ordinance
Implementing I.D.System At Barangay Pampanga, Buhangin District, Davao City.
Highlights
2. Pertinent provisions of the said resolution with corresponding ordinance are as
follows;
SECTION 3. RECEIPT OF PAYMENT
That this is not compulsory but voluntary in nature. The Barangay shall collect
minimal amount of Twenty Five Pesos (P25.00) to defray cost of supplies and Ten
Pesos (P10.00) for Senior Citizen for plastic lamination. Thus, aforementioned
collection shall be issued with a corresponding receipt by the Barangay Treasurer;
3. The legal basis for the imposition of such fees and charges is pursuant to
Section 152 of Republic Act No. 7160 or otherwise known as the Local
Government Code of 1991;
4. During the Committee Hearing, the Committee found that P25 for the I. D.
System is reasonable.
Recommendation
5. This Committee recommends that a resolution be passed approving Ordinance
No. 004, Series Of 2014 Of The Barangay Council Of Pampanga, Buhangin
District, Davao City, Entitled An Ordinance Implementing I.D.System At
Barangay Pampanga, Buhangin District, Davao City.

WHEREAS, this pertains to a resolution Approving Ordinance No. 004, Series Of

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved that a resolution,
Resolution No. 28 With Corresponding Ordinance No. 02, Both Series Of 2014 Of The
Barangay Council Of Mandug, Buhangin District, Davao City, Entitled An Ordinance
Imposing Taxes, Fees And Charges On Business Clearances, Certifications And For
Other Purposes, be passed;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the Office of
the City Mayor, Office of the Vice Mayor, and Local Government, and to all other
pertinent government agencies, departments and/or offices for their guidance and
information.
