Scope and purpose

Dieser Group Standard definiert den Ablauf und die Inhalte

von Requalifikationen. Allgemeine Festlegungen werden in
GS 90018--1 definiert.

This Group Standard defines the process and the contents of

requalifications. General specifications are defined in GS
90018--1.

Er gilt fr alle Zulieferteile der BMW Group ab Serienstart.

Eine Requalifikationsprfung besteht aus einer Vorbereitungsphase (siehe Abschnitt 4.1), einer Durchfhrungsphase
(siehe Abschnitte 4.2 und 4.3) und einer Nachbereitungsphase (siehe Abschnitt 4.4). Die notwendigen Unterlagen
(Checkliste, Bewertungsdeckblatt, Manahmenblatt) stehen
im Partner Portal der BMW Group zur Verfgung.

A requalification inspection consists of a preparation phase

(see subsection 4.1), an execution phase (see subsections
4.2 and 4.3) and a revision phase (see subsection 4.4). The
required documents (checklist, evaluation cover sheet,
measures sheet) will be provided in the Partner Portal of the
BMW Group.

Preparation

In der Vorbereitungsphase sind durch den Verantwortlichen

(siehe GS 90018--1) alle verfgbaren Informationen zum requalifizierenden Umfang anhand der in Tabelle 1 festgelegten
Fragen zusammen zu tragen.

As part of the preparation phase, the responsible (see

GS 90018--1) is to compile all available information for the
scope to be requalified, based on the questions defined in
Table 1.

Auf Grundlage dieser und weiterer Informationen sind die fr

die Requalifikation relevanten Fragen durch den Verantwortlichen festzulegen. Diese sind in der Checkliste (siehe Abschnitt 6) zu kennzeichnen.

Assessment of results

Im Rahmen der Durchfhrungsphase sind die Antworten auf

die in der Checkliste definierten Fragen zu erfassen und nach
dem Ampelprinzip (siehe Tabelle 3) zu bewerten. Die Bewertung ist fr die einzelnen Fragenkomplexe zusammen zu fassen und im Bewertungsdeckblatt (siehe Abschnitt 5) einzutragen.

As part of the execution phase, the answers to the questions

defined in the checklist are to be compiled and evaluated in
accordance with the traffic light principle (see Table 3). The
assessment is to be summarised for the individual question
groups and entered in the evaluation cover sheet (see
section 5).

Die Gesamtbewertung ergibt sich aus den Bewertungen der

einzelnen Fragenkomplexe und ist ebenfalls im Bewertungsdeckblatt zu erfassen.

The overall assessment is derived from the individual

assessments of the question groups and is also to be entered
in the evaluation cover sheet.

Die Zusammenfhrung der Einzelergebnisse ist so vorzunehmen, dass das jeweils schlechteste Ergebnis eines Fragenkomplexes magebend fr die Gesamtbewertung dieses Fragenkomplexes ist. Ist z.B. ein Fragenkomplex 5 mal mit gelb
und nur einmal mit rot bewertet, ergibt sich dennoch fr diesen Komplex eine Gesamtbewertung mit rot.

The individual results are to be compiled such that the poorest

result of a question group is decisive for the overall
assessment of this question group. For example, if a question
group is assessed 5 times with yellow and only once with
red, the overall assessment for this group will be red.

Die Zusammenfhrung der Bewertung der einzelnen Fragenkomplexe zum Gesamtergebnis der Requalifikation ist analog
vorzunehmen.

For each question, evaluated with yellow or red, of the

checklist as illustrated in section 6 the systematic causes shall
be found out, measures shall be agreed upon, responsible
persons shall be determined and schedules shall be defined.

Der Manahmenplan (siehe Abschnitt 7) ist dem Auftraggeber innerhalb von 14 Kalendertagen nach dem letzten Requalifikationstag aufzuzeigen.

The measures plan (see section 7) shall be shown to the

contractor within 14 calendar days after the last requalification
day.

Die Manahmen sind innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 3

Monaten nach der Requalifikation umzusetzen und innerhalb
eines weiteren Monats als wirksam zu besttigen.

The measures shall be implemented within a period of 3

months after the requalification and they shall be confirmed as
effective within one additional month.

Der Nachweis der Wirksamkeit kann durch einen Reviewtermin erfolgen. Bei rotem Gesamtergebnis muss die Requalifikation wiederholt werden. Die BMW Group kann einen
Reviewtermin auch aus weiteren Grnden ansetzen (Bild 1).

The proof of effectiveness may be conducted by a review

date. At a red overall result the requalification shall be
repeated. The BMW Group may also appoint a review date
due to further reasons (Figure 1).
