MODULE DESCRIPTION:
1. Suburban ticket booking
This service allows the user to book suburban tickets using online
facility without needing to go the railway station. The passenger can
specify the time of journey and the ticket will be valid for 1hour from the
time specified. Passenger will further need to specify the number of
tickets and the phone number to receive the ticket as SMS. The SMS will
be sent from a service so that public cannot misuse it.
2.E-Library
Using this centralized library citizens of India can rent books
online. User can search for books by mentioning author name, book name
and also category wise. A person can rent a maximum of 4 books and a
book has to be returned within 15 days. A mail will be sent to the user

regarding the date of delivery. At the time of home delivery the user has
to pay the service charge.
3.Online demand draft
This service allows a person to take an online DD. The payee has
to specify details like his name, in favor of, name of the remitter and
payable at. A random number will be generated for each DD.
Organization which needs the DD can check the DD details by mention
the number in the portal.
4.Online medical centre
This centre is a centralized one which will have all the medicines.
Medicines can be bought from this centre by using any doctors
prescription. Home delivery will be made to the patient and at that time
the prescription will be checked.

Admin Module:
The Administration module is designed to manage website from a central
point of view i.e. Changes made in these modules generally are applied to the
entire website. The admin module has control over both employee and student
module. The admin module has the responsibility to assign task to the customers
and maintain the status and feedback received from a particular student or
students. The admin module also has control over utility module in order to
update the contact information, about us and products available throughout the
process of the application.

Employee Module:
In this module employees can register their basic information required by
the organization and maintain their daily tasks give by the admin. Customer or
student information can be viewed through this module but their details cant be
edited or updated. This module helps the employee to maintain their daily
schedule of work and remarks given by the student in a proper manner so that
there will be an intimate contact between employee and students avoiding loss
of communication between student and customers.

Student Module:
In this module students are given the option to register themselves by
giving their basic details for having a contact with the organization. Also
employees can add the student details in this module. As a result student details
are not confused when coming to the reference. This module is under the
control of both admin and employee module.

Utility Module:
In this module all other details which dont need frequent updating are
displayed. This module displays the details of products used in organization (In

this application point of view we say carrier details), Testimonial details and
contact us details.

Reports:
This module is mainly used to generate report for customer details and the task
maintained by individual employee for the specific student and this process is
done by admin. The main functionality of the report module is to view student
details store by the admin, employee or the student and generate report. There
are options which let the admin to choose specific options to generate report
based on the selection made by the admin.
