SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, BENJAMINA B. GALARRITA, of legal age, widow, Filipino with address at Poblacion,
Alubijid, Misamis Oriental and the surviving spouse of the late Judge Tolomeo C. Galarrita, have named
by these presents do hereby name, appoint and constitute EARL RONALD GALARRITA LEONOR,
of the legal age, single, a grandson of mine and resident of Baybay, Alubijid, Misamis Oriental, to be my
true and lawful attorney-in-fact for us and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the following
acts and things, namely:

To present and transact, signed documents necessary for loan application at an amount
maximum proportionate for the loanable funds of the property as collateral to the
LORENZO TAN MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, El Salvador City;

To present, submit and transact and use pertinent documents of the real property my
family owned as collateral which is described herein:
A parcel of land containing an area of 17,381 square meters, located
at Poblacion, Alubijid, Misamis Oriental.

To receive, withdraw or encash the loaned amount out of the real property encumbered at
LORENZO TAN MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, El Salvador City.

To sign, execute all receipts and Deeds necessary for the aforementioned purposes.

HEREBY GIVING and granting our said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to execute
and perform every act necessary as through me are personally present and hereby approving all that he
may do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution and revocation.
