MGB May2014 DUBAI - Term III

COMMON GUIDELINES FOR ALL THE EXAMS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE:

You are to be seated in the respective venues 15 minutes before the commencement of the exam
For exams of duration 90 to 125 minutes or for closed book exams no student will be allowed to go out of class during examination time
You are not allowed to leave the examination hall till you finish your examination
Only S P Jain roll numbers should be mentioned on the written/electronic examination submission document. Students should not write their name on the answer booklets, since
evaluations are done anonymously.
For closed book/notes/laptop exam, students will not be allowed to bring anything except for their stationery and water bottle INTO THE CLASS ROOM
Sharing of stationery, water and notes is not allowed
Bluetooth/infrared devices should be switched off on your laptop. iPad / iPod / tablet PCs are not allowed in the examination hall
You are NOT ALLOWED to bring your mobile phone inside the examination room. If any student found guilty in accessing Internet via personal hotspots / unauthorized networks will
be dealt severely
NO BAGS/ USB flash drive will be allowed in the class room. Use of headphones is not allowed. You will have to keep it outside the class room (at your own risk) or in the lockers.
Wherever soft copy submission, students are required to submit the correct examination script as per guidelines provided. Any documents submitted other than the respective
subject of examination will not be considered for correction. Zero will be awarded in the final examination without further discussion and intimation.
As all your soft copy submissions will be run through Safe Assign by the Program office, your submissions should contain the required references and acknowledgments.
No communication is allowed during the examination amongst the students for whatever reason.
No clarifications will be made by the invigilators during the examination, you are required to make your own assumptions
Please do not debate with the invigilator. Request you to adhere to the examination guidelines
Exam venues will be under camera surveillance
