COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT
I, ATTY. EDILBERTO BRAVO, married of legal age and a resident of
Brgy. Ajong, Dumaguete City, Philippines after being duly sworn in accordance
with the law do hereby depose and say:
1. I am a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and I have been
invited as lecturer for different occasions;
2. On Monday, March 2, at 5:30 p.m. I was invited by the Silliman
University College of Law to talk on the legal skills learned in law and
how to apply such in the business world, this activity was attended
largely by law students, professors and a certain MR. TUBIG
DAMOLMOG;
3. The contents of the discussion was a fruitful product of my hardwork,
which I have an intention of publishing the content thereof and apply a
copyright in the future;
4. MR. TUBIG DAMOLMOG being one of the listeners during the lecture
willfully and intentionally recorded my lecture without my permission
and subsequently delivered the same without my authority by claiming it
as his own work in the school where he is teaching.
5. Such misrepresentation of MR. TUBIG DAMOLMOG that the same
was his original work and concept adversely affected and substantially
diminished my reputation and future sale of my intended published
material and cause me mental anguish.
6. The acts of MR. TUBIG DAMOLMOG constitute a copyright
infringement under the Intellectual Property Law.

That I am executing this Complaint-Affidavit to attest the truthfulness

of the foregoing facts.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 20th day

Affiant personally came and appeared with Competent Evidence of Identity
issued by the National Statistics Office on October 12, 2014 at Dumaguete
City Philippines, bearing his photograph and signature, known to me as the
same person who personally signed the foregoing instrument before me and
avowed under penalty of law to the whole truth of the contents of said
instrument.

I, Atty. Edilberto Bravo , of legal age, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, depose and state that:
1. I am a plaintiff in the above-stated case;
2. I caused the preparation of the foregoing complaint;
3. I have read the contents thereof and the facts stated therein are true and
correct of my personal knowledge and/or on the basis of copies of documents and
records in my possession;
4. I have not commenced any other action or proceeding involving the same
issues in the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, or any other tribunal or agency;
5. To the best of my knowledge and belief, no such action or proceeding is
pending in the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, or any other tribunal or
agency;
6. If I should thereafter learn that a similar action or proceeding has been
filed or is pending before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, or any other

tribunal or agency, I undertake to report that fact within five (5) days therefrom to
this Honorable Court.
