Hello Ms. Anderson I am following up on your inquiry regarding the SRS Communicator Patient Portal.
It looks as though the SRS Cloud server never sent a trigger file to SRS in order for it to initiate the medical health
record file. Unfortunately, at this time, the only way to re-send this file is to have your practice revoke and reconsent your portal account and have you re-register the account.
