PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose:
Responsible for creating the local HR tactics based on Amway India HR strategy as
well as development and monitoring of all HR related processes for North Region.
Also, to ensure the effective implementation and running of the processes for
achieving HR objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition
# Build and maintain relationships with the local recruitment agencies in order to
hire the best talent
# Propose, analyze and evaluate current and new positions
# Ensure that organizational structure and roles comply with the standards and
requirements in line with the HO guidelines
# Participate in the recruitment process in consultation with the RM, make offers and
complete joining formalities for all regional positions
Performance Management
# Timely KRA setting, aligned with the business goals for all staff of the region
# Drive understanding of competencies among the staff
# Driving appraisals for the region and ensure appropriate differentiation and
distribution between different performance levels
# Manage severance of underperforming employees
Capability Building
# Conduct a comprehensive training need analysis by identifying the gaps and
suggest interventions to bridge the same for regional associates
# Draw-up training plan for employees and ensure its implementation
# Drive Career succession planning at regional level
# Conduct refresher training for service excellence
# Managing Reward & Recognition for the region
HR Operations
# Administration of HR Policies in the region
# Aid policy formulation for region specific issues
# Handle all HR Operations at region:
- Salary fitment
- Joining & Induction
- Exit formalities
- Mediclaim Insurance administration
# Statutory Compliance for the offices
# Prepare regular HR reports for the region
# Custodian of the leave and attendance management system for the region
Employee Relations
# Provide continuous advice for employees, assist with solving professional and
personal problems
# Drive employee engagement initiatives for the region
# Maintaining conducive work environment and monitor employee satisfaction
# Drive employee opinion survey for the region
