I was sent the initial article written by Joe Wolverton from the New American, who I credit but
included is more than a comment or two on Army Chief of Staff Raymond Odierno.
There is an agreement within his own staff and those who have ever served with him,
General Odierno is the biggest horses ass to have worn an American uniform since Custer.
The term his staff uses, to be quite exact is dangerous dimwit.
This week, Odierno, a member of the CFR, the Council on Foreign Relations, a group consisting of
failed academics, rap artists, former hockey players who too many high sticks to the head and
delusional dimwits like Odierno, advocated the use of the Army any time local police need help.
Man beats dog? Call in the army, hell, get a raptor overhead, get a company of Rangers, kill the
man, the dog and spray his lawn with Agent Orange to boot.
If only I were making it up:
Where appropriate we will also dedicate active-duty forces, especially those with niche skills and
equipment, to provide civilian officials with a robust set of reliable and rapid response options.Odierno
Because of fear of retaliation, comments I will use as quotes will be anonymous. Here is an interpretation of
how Odiernos views, taken in light of his oath, manage to stay from both reality and legality:
The jurisdiction of domestic military enforcement to keep the homeland safe from domestic disasters
in time of ..public danger [5th Amendment] is NOT enumerated in the Army Claus [ Article I Section 8 CI
12], it belongs to the Militia of the several States [Article II, Section CI 1], composed of the whole
People of the several States [Article I Section 1 CI 2], enumerated ..to execute the Laws [Article 1
Section 8 CI 12] .. necessary to the security of a free State.. [2ndAmendment]. Jurisdiction is additionally
confirmed by The powers..reserved to the States respectively, or to the people [10th Amendment].
It is past due time for the several States legislatures to each revitalize their Militia institution and comply
with their enumerated duty. Both the reasoning behind the constitutionalism and history have articulated
the consequences of professional soldiers in a standing army forced against the citizenry.
Odierno, known to have been the worst commander ever to have served in Afghanistan, out of hundreds, never
picked up on the American thing. They must not teach it at the CRF or the idiot academy that put him over
others.
Wolverton points out:

In an article penned by Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, General Raymond T. Odierno,
the CFR would see the Army used to address challenges in the United States itself
in order to keep the homeland safe from domestic disasters, including terrorist
attacks. Odierno writes:
Where appropriate we will also dedicate active-duty forces, especially those with
niche skills and equipment, to provide civilian officials with a robust set of reliable
and rapid response options.
Thats right. Should the sheriff suspect that a particular citizen in his county poses a
threat to security and feels he doesnt have the proper skills and equipment to deal
with the situation, he can just call out the U.S. Army and bring a rapid response
force that is robust enough to eliminate the problem.

These are not the musings of an unknown academic written in an obscure journal of
little importance. These are the black-and-white plans for building a flexible force as
laid out by the man in charge and published for all the world to read by the people
who may have put him there.
In order to justify this new (and illegal) mission for the Army, General Odierno points
to three major changes that have precipitated the re-tasking of the troops: First,
declining budgets due to the countrys worsened fiscal situation; second, a shift in
emphasis to the Asia-Pacific region; and third, a broadening of focus from
counterinsurgency, counterterrorism, and training of partners to shaping the strategic
environment, preventing the outbreak of dangerous regional conflicts, and improving
the armys readiness to respond in force to a range of complex contingencies
worldwide.
There are so many things wrong with every one of these points that each deserves its
own article focused solely on its deconstruction. Unfortunately, there is only so much
space and each of these considerations has one critical flaw in common: no
constitutional authority for any of it.
Start with the woeful economic state of American affairs. Odierno lists this first
among his unholy trinity of reasons the army must transition from its traditional
role to one with a wider domestic and international scope.
Perhaps it has escaped General Odiernos attention, but the decline of Americas
economic fortunes may be in some significant part tied to the illegal wars in Iraq and
Afghanistan that siphon about $13 billion per month from the U.S. Treasury. Since the
attacks of September 11, 2001, estimates are that Congress has approved a total of
$1.283 trillion in military operations, (Editorial note: Newer accounting more than
triples these figures) base security, reconstruction, foreign aid, embassy costs, and
veterans health care spread over three operations: Operation Enduring Freedom
(OEF) Afghanistan and other counter terror operations; Operation Noble Eagle (ONE),
providing enhanced security at military bases; and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
There is a certain macabre irony to the claim by a military leader that his troops are
forced to adapt to stringent budget considerations partially brought about by the use
of his troops as the tip of Americas sword of empire.
General Odiernos third major change is the need to use the Army to solve complex
international conflicts. Again, these conflicts and the solutions to them are made
more complex by the fact that there is not a single syllable in the Constitution that
grants the President or Congress the authority to deploy American armed forces to
work out the worlds difficult dilemmas.

We have even more suggestions from Odiernos own staff. For a moron, he manages to get some
realistic people around him, I have to credit him for that. This is what they suggest:

We also need courageous federal legislators to explicitly reassert Posse Comitatus,

along with the renunciation of Bushs Military Commission Act (which began to
breach Posse Comitatus).
Furthermore, it is now a serious matter for both states and Counties to pass
legislation and /or resolutions assuring the citizens under their protection that they
will not allow any officer to breach the legal, separate jurisdictions with their
delegated, enumerated powers that have helped safeguard a free society, with
liberty and justice for all.
The importance of state-level legislators has taken on a new importance in the
upcoming elections. Candidates should be explicitly asked their position on this
issue.
Furthermore, we could hope for an increase in the current and former military, police,
and other civil service personnel joining Oathkeepers.org. Pat Henry
General Odierno should be arrested, stripped of his rank, charged with treason, tried
and shot as a traitor to our country.
And then we should go after the CFR and the Trilateral Commission members and
arrest them for treason and confiscate their ill gotten gains.
CONCLUSION
I could leave this as a simple attack on the Army for promoting an idiot. Our new JCOS is top rate,
we have a president who can sink a 3 pointer one in five tries, a record and we havent lost a half
dozen nuclear weapons under this administration like we did with the last one.
What we still have is organizations like the CFR, an embarrassment to all of us. Unless you are a
reporter who dropped out of a community college with a 1.5 GPA, talking to anyone at the CRF other
than Brzezinski is like discussing physics with a chipmunk.
I read their analysis papers occasionally, thankful for that speed reading class. Recognizing
delusional idiocy and mediocrity takes only seconds when you are a speed reader. God bless

I am adding my own ideas. First of all, a military that has lost a string of wars, pushed into them by
moronic Wall Street shills, needs to play Gomer Pyle, not Wyatt Earp. Unless the military wants to
cut us all in on their trillion dollar heroin profit from Afghanistan, they can take their technology and
let Israel keep peddling it to the commies. They deserve it. We dont.

Back in 1942, General Marshall saw fit to remove 70% of our military officers as unfit for duty.
Odierno would have had the famous Marshall boot print on the backside day number one.
Over the last decade we have seen every imaginable war crime, massive drug running, 30,000
soldiers illegally cashiered to cheat them out of pensions and benefits, 500,000 veterans, recent
only, join the queue already 1 million strong, applying for disability benefits and, most outrageous of
all, we managed to kill the number 2 leader of Al Qaeda today.
There is a problem with that. Yesterday, the famous terrorist leader we just killed with a drone
strike didnt exist. Nobody had heard of him.
We made the whole thing up.
You see, its an election year here in the US and we are likely to do just about anything, even appoint
morons like Ray Ordierno as Chief of Staff of our Army just so he can outline his private plan for
world domination.
Had Himmler done the same, Hitler would have had his hands cut off.
My suggestion for Odierno is to demote him to private, send him to Alaska and have him guard a
section of pipeline with a wooden rifle and a pair of electric socks. We can hope he doesnt get a
splinter or electricuted.or should we?
Even then I would keep a UAV overhead to make sure he didnt manage to hurt himself.

I met retired General Wes Clark a few years back here in Wisconsin. I point blank asked him why it
was that the vast majority of the generals I met in my long Army career should NEVER have made
it past colonel.
He just shook his head and smiled at me. Im as baffled by that ugly trend as you are.
Odierno re-affirms my belief that the ratio of qualified, field commander savvy, honest to God
combat
tested generals in the Army is counted on two hands with a few fingers to spare.

LOL Hitler did worse, he appointed himself CinC and implemented his own half-baked plan for
world domination (or at least most of it outside the Americas). Whats more he appointed Himmler
as commander Army Group Vistula to defend a key part of the Eastern front, to the disgust of the
real generals. Guderian managed to talk him out of it after a few disastrous weeks by flattering him
about his overload of responsibilities.

Rockefeller had unsuccessfully tried to get him to join it. In Russos opinion it appeared to be
peopled by lots of air-heads who by some strange quirk of fate had come to the deranged
conclusion that the new world order was a benign and progressive thing for all mankind. When the
banksters found people like that they obviously decided to promote them and get them all together
in one room so that they could use them as shields and cheerleaders to enforce global messianic

There does not seem to be anything close to a positive progression of learning in the military since
I was in Vietnam. We had Gen. Westmorland who definitely was an ignorant horses ass who did

not believe the Vietnamese suffered from war because they were not like us. Regarding using the
Army domestically. That has always been in the cards under the Martial Law option. One of the
interesting things going on that may play into a military/police action in the US is that most of the
surplus equipment and arms that were made for the last 10 years of war are coming home. Plus
the equipment that is brand new and in storage. A good portion of this taxpayers armaments is
going to local police and sheriffs depts for free. They have so much that some of the local law
enforcement officials are selling it or giving it to contractors. This does not look good. I guess they
want to be prepared for the next union war that they are afraid the working class will do.

Doubt this, read and study the Patriot Acts, Military Commissions Act, NDAA 2012 and FAA
Reauthorization Act. Yes, the war against the people has been covert for many years (operation

Mr. Duff,
Ive been trying to figure out exactly what laws actually apply in this country, since the Constitution,

imperfect as it is, has been abandoned by anyone remotely associated with government.
Of course, it is the C. which provides for the legitimacy of those currently running roughshod over it,
so the next thing I wonder is why anyone should take any of these latest laws/proclamations
seriously.
Nice to know that we have a Gen. who ardently believes that a military occupation of our country
will somehow help.
It was election day today in my state.
I tried to find the motivation to go out and support someone right for the jobs they wanted.

Vatic Note: Wow, ,there is so much I have to say about all this. We have done several blogs, some of which I
sent off to our illustrious Senators and received no response whatsoever and that is why our Senator Udahl has bit
the dust this last election cycle.
He was one of those that ignored all the evidence I submitted that showed our own treasonous government,
occupied by foreign loyalists to another country, which letter of loyalty, he had signed as well, and they had
intentionally done things that corrupted morale so bad that we ended up with record suicides in our military. The
list is long on what has been done to demoralize our troops, believe me.
Lets list the many, many ways in which our children who are serving as troops for our military, have been
betrayed in their experience as a military for the USA. The leaders in the Pentagon, did the following in the Iraq
war

1. They did not armour the Humvees that were used to haul troops and thus many of our soldiers were
permanently maimed or killed by roadside bombs. The soldiers had to armour these vehicles themselves using
scrap metal and welding. The total number of our soldiers permanently maimed reached over 1 million. That is
obscene.
2. Our soldiers were not given top of the line flak jackets to stop bullets from harming them. But the officers
all had them. Soldiers, according to parents, were calling home and asking the parents to contact local law
enforcement to see if they had any used and second hand bullet proof vests they could have to help protect them
in the field and that was how these men were protected.
3. When the complaints got so bad, the military decided to make massive number of armoured vehicles and did
so, but then they sat in Kuwait away from the battle, for months before being released, that created situations
where men were again, being killed and maimed from the roadside bombs within view of the armoured vehicles
sitting in Kuwait. Now tell me that would not demoralize these troops.
4. Then we find out that all our major weapons ammunition has been painted with DU poisoning and the
contamination was horrific in Iraq resulting in birth defects and no one cleaning up the contamination. That
resulted in our soldiers also breathing in the DU poisoning and have serious medical problems as a result and
when they went home, passing that on to their spouses and their own children. Do you think that might result in
a drop in moral??? I think so. I tried to go to the link of the original article that explains how the DU affects the
soldiers brain and guess what? THE ARTICLE HAS BEEN GUTTED. Whats new. I found another site that had the
same thing, so here is the link.

Then we find out all over the world, that Israel had stolen our top most recent new F-22 fighter plans and

sold them to China. WHAT? And nothing was done to them. In fact AIPAC Was involved in that little fiasco and
the Justice dept began proceedings against the AIPAC reps here, and it was stopped by the Dept of Homeland
Gestapo SS Security and they were released to go back home to Israel. China then revamped and improved on
our F-22 and now we have no defense against their improved version, so manufacturing of the F-22 was
discontinued here in this country. Our F-35 also had major design problems so we had nothing that could defend
against the Chinese revised F-22.

Then Finland stopped a major cargo ship and brought it into port, it was headed from Israel to China. What

was found inside was our most recently improved and most modern patriot missiles with the charges needed to
launch them. It appeared that Israel, whom we supplied with the Patriot Missiles for their defence against their
so called enemies, had simply turned around and shipped them directly to what is suppose to be THE USA' s most
recent enemy China. Now, who in their right mind, does that??? No One.

foreign brokerage house for China, and its owned by Rothschild. Additionally 3,000 of Chinas top leaders were

trained in Oxford, which is the home of the Satanic NWO elite's secret societies that exist here in the states..

Then, in Iraq, snipers working for us, Britain and Israel were killing our soldiers. Are you mad yet??? You

should be. Further our soldiers were also then made to guard poppy fields for illegal drug sales and distribution.
What? Is it any wonder that they were demoralized??? They did not sign up for aiding in criminal activities such as
illegal drugs, they signed up to fight and die to protect our nation. Those that sent them to their deaths and
disfigurement and permanent disabilities are traitors and deserve to be prosecuted.
8. Remember? China was awarded contracts, under protest by our citizens, to build our weaponry, and when we
received it no one in the Pentagon did any qualilty control of the electronics included to make the weaponry
work, so guess what? The weapons either had bogus electronic parts or completely the wrong parts. That
rendered the weapons useless. Hmmmm.
How can you win a war like that??? That was not just one weapon either, it was a slew of them. It was
intentional. The pentagon is riddled with Dual citizens of our foreign occupying nation, and many are in jail for
spying, stealing our secrets and giving them to our tentative enemies. Does Pollard ring a bell? That is why the
US Government will not and cannot release Pollack. He is the one that did the damage to us on stealing the F-22
plans. AIPAC employees ring a bell, AND THEY GOT OFF SCOTT FREE BY OBAMA AFTER HE GOT SWORN IN? Feith in
the pentagon ring a bell and the only one to be jailed out of the entire AIPAC crew of spies who were as guilty as
he was????
9. Remember, we did a blog on Holgren, Obama's Science CZAR who was never legally approved by congress
and we showed how he wanted to provide our technological advancements to China to encourage good
relations. Our Corporations are no better, the military industrial complex has also engaged in treason thus
affecting our combat readiness and ensuring the death of our soldiers, or our children.
10. The Pentagon attacked the effectiveness and military readiness of our military fighting force, through
massive extended tours of duty in battle field conditions, refusal to feed our troops properly as we showed on
here in another blog, refusal to clean up the DU in Iraq and other fields of war making and attacking the health
of our soldiers and combat readiness, and finally the military industrial complex and harmed our soldiers
through their shower and bathing services that were either intentionally harming our men with faulty electric
wiring etc. or carelessly and negligently doing so. Add that to poisoning, bad food, psychotropic drug
experiments, etc All of which affects the combat readiness of our troops.
11. Pentagon has used our soldiers as test subjects for drug companies who needed guinia pigs for testing
dangerous drugs and did so without their permission or knowledge.

12. Highest suicide rate ever in the US military and that is not by accident. Murdering Tillman was not an
accident. So we can assume there is a purpose to it and was it to harm the combat readiness of our troops so the
Chinese/Russians would win???? Was it because they were refusing to follow illegal orders? Was it because they
were being treated the way Kissinger described them? As dumb animals, as fodder for the elites wars?
13. Refusal to medically care for our troops when sick or injured and charging them when in the hospital for their
food.

14. Satanism in the Military: This is how they intend to reach our children and bring them into the satanic
covens pervading our entire globe these days, including massive inroads to our young in the military which is way
more scary than anything else. The military even has official documents that treat satanism as a legit religion.
Its gone so far as to open the door to these satanists coming out of the closet as they now believe they are

children truly are at risk. This is genuinely serious. Because of endoctrination, satanic ritual abuse etc, leaders
can be groomed from an early age to take power and rule by satanic guidelines as we saw with Bush Jr when he,

are Christians and patriots.
15. Last but not least, we have allowed China to use our space facilities to aid them in testing their space
weapons, huh? This is so bizarre as to be beyond treason. Its in the realm of the Twilight Zone. I thought they
were suppose to be our potential future enemy??? Oh, thats right, BOTH SIDES LEADERS WORK FOR THE
GLOBALIST BANKERS AND ISRAEL.
What does all this above do to the combat readiness EMOTIONALLY AND PSYCHOLOGICALLY of our soldiers??? IT
HARMS MORALE to the point of no fight in them. Then we wondered why such a high rate of suicide? I don't
wonder. Frankly, I believe some of those suicided were probably killed intentionally especially those that wore
the oath keepers badge on their uniform or those that refused to be Satanized. I don't know that for a fact,
but I bet its true. Many would also reject the Satanism being introduced into the military and I am sure that has
an impact on them as well.

In our post-Vietnam era, America vowed to never under appreciate the sacrifices that the men and women in
uniform make whose service keeps us safe. However, the nations undying gratitude seems to be evaporating.

Since Obama has become the President, the military has suffered through several years of staggering cuts in
funding and tens of thousands of military personnel have been shown the door.
Many of these cuts are being visited upon military personnel who were near retirement. After 13 years of being
embroiled in war, many soldiers feel that that military has been set adrift and lost all direction and purpose.
Upon further examination, it is clear that Obamas mission with regard to our military is to dismantle and destroy
its fighting effectiveness, bit by bit. (VN: I agree with this, read my vatic note above. Remember who
Obama's handlers are. If you don't remember, think Britain's MI6, and Israel's Mossad, and the Satanic NWO's
CIA. Obama never resigned from the CIA after being elected President. So does he still work for them? Is he
also a Satanist?)

Low Morale: Overworked, Underpaid and Undervalued

The Military Times recently ran a survey of active-duty troops who have subsequently reported a stunning
decline in how soldiers rated their overall quality of life. Prior to Obama, 91% of the troops reported their quality
of life to be good or excellent. In the most recent survey, only 56% still refer to their military lives good or
excellent.

According to the survey, before Obama became President, 85% of the troops would recommend a military career
to others. Today, that number has dropped to 73%. Re-enlistment rates have declined by 9% (72% to 63%), despite
the horrendous domestic job market.

Leave no man behind, right Mr. President?

U.S. marine, Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi. Tahmooressi was imprisoned by Mexican authorities in March of 2014 after
accidentally straying into Mexican territory while driving along a poorly lit section of the border and was found to
be in possession of firearms, illegal under Mexican law, but was permitted under United States law.
Obama allowed Sgt. Tahmooressi to rot in a Mexican prison for over 6 months without mounting a serious effort to
seek his return. This has a deleterious impact on morale due to a President who would leave him behind. Is this
case a deliberate attack upon the morale of American soldiers by this President?
Obama Is Compromising the Most Important Weapons System In the Navy

The Russians are increasing the size of their nuclear submarine fleet at the same time we are reducing. Why?
Under the direction of the Pentagon, via Obama, the U.S. Navys shipbuilding plan would see its attack
submarine fleet diminish from 55 to 41 boats over the next 15 years. Meanwhile, Russia and China are
increasing the size of their nuclear submarine fleet. The American attack submarines are the great equalizer
with regard to the comparative inferior size of the American military. Obama is taking away one of the
cornerstones of the American military defense strategy. As The Weekly Standard so adeptly said that this is a
disaster in the making.

Obama Is Significantly Weakening the Reach and Power of the Military

The Obama administration announced that they were seeking to reduce the size of the U.S. military to 490,000
(pre-WW II levels), then the number was to be reduced to 450,000. Presently, the Obama administration seeks to
drop the number to 420,000 troops.

The chief of staff of the Army, General Ray Odierno, with regard to Obamas cut in American troops, The world
is changing in front of us. We have seen Russian aggression in Europe, we have seen ISIS, we have seen increased
stability in other places.

When you have a President who has more than doubled the budget deficit, one has to wonder why this President
is so hell-bent on weakening the military?
While I flippantly ask why doesnt Obama simply scrap the infantry and bring back Larry Storch and F-Troop, Lets
consider that this is pure military suicide given the present state of affairs.
The Capitalists Will Sell Us the Last Rope That We Will Hang the Last Capitalist With
Speaking of military suicide, does Obama hold dear his fiduciary duty to protect the people of the United States,
or is he solely beholding to corporate interests? Due to the escalating tensions with Russia over the CIAs meddling
and aggression in Ukraine, Obamas actions have generated some very serious national security concerns inside
the military.
This is due to the fact that the U.S. militarys largest satellite program is completely dependent upon a rocket
engine produced by Russia. In a Cold War setting, which could go hot at any moment, what kind of President
would not have looked for technological alternatives to the 180 rocket engines for its Evolved Expendable Launch
Vehicle program.

In war, the U.S. military is totally dependent upon satellite surveillance for success on the battlefield. Without
this component of warfare, the U.S. military would be overwhelmed by the numerically superior forces of China
and Russia. Is this a case of stupidity or treason on Obamas part?
Dismantling the Leadership of the American Military

Since assuming the Presidency, Obama has fired approximately 260 senior command officers. Since a near state of
war exists between the U.S. and Russia/China, it is an outrageous act of incredible stupidity to dismantle the
leadership of your fighting force which could be thrown into World War III in a moments notice! Again, I ask, is
this stupidity or treason? (VN: to be fair, Bush and Cheney began the process of purging, and Obama is simply
finishing that job up for them. Remember, both parties are sold out to Israel and the bankers.)
With regard to the mass military firings of senior command military officers, retired Army Major General Paul
Vallely stated that The White House protects their own. Thats why they stalled on the investigation into fast

and furious, Benghazi and Obamacare. Hes intentionally weakening and gutting our military, Pentagon and
reducing us as a superpower, and anyone in the ranks who disagrees or speaks out is being purged.

The current President not only leaves young marines behind to rot in a Mexican jail, he prevents the military from
rescuing an American ambassador!
Here are two examples of Obamas handiwork when it comes to firing senior command officers. While Ambassador
Stevens compound was under attack, on September 11, 2012, General Carter Ham, commander of AFRICOM and
Admiral Gaouette attempted a rescue of the ambassador in violation of Presidential orders. Both men were
summarily fired for attempting the rescue on trumped up charges.

Rear Admiral Charles Gaouette

Gaouette was in charge of Air Craft Carriers in the Mediterranean Sea the night of Stevens death and he
subsequently testified to Congress that he could have rescued Stevens. The admiral was accused of using
profanity in a public setting and was forced to resign his commission.
What kind of President blocks an attempted rescue of an American ambassador who is under attack by so-called
terrorists?

Obama has further weakened the backbone of entire national defense system, our nuclear weapons program
leadership. This is reckless, unneeded and unprecedented.
The Burden of Empire
We have apparently learned nothing about the demise of Britain and Rome. The American military is everywhere,
but can defend nothing against a serious foe. the U.S. military is overstretched as it is in it covers more ground,
tackles more issues and is involved (actively or passively) in more combat areas than at any point since the Cold
War.

In 2013, Africa Command carried out 546 military activities in Africa, an increase of over 200% since the
command was established in 2008. The U.S. military is now involved in more than 90% of Africas 54 nations.
The U.S. military has bases in 64 countries. We are defending more with far less.

situation, with a captive market being the eastern hemisphere, and a captured clientle. Its similar to what
they have done to us. South America is now our food supplier, and our farmers are being forced out of

Conclusion
This is a story which writes its own conclusion. This is an epitaph to the once mighty American military. We, the
rank and file Americans, may not like the insidious manner in which we have carried out our foreign policy with
the needless murder of millions around the world. This is true, however, a weakened American military puts all
Americans at risk. It is difficult to believe that this is not the deliberate agenda of President Obama. (VN:

Researchers have shown that uranium oxide, or DU, travels the nerves from the nose to
the brain, in the words of a University of Chicago doc and researcher.
A tiny amount (a milligram) of this radioactive poison quick marches up your smelling
nerves right into your brain and keeps firing 1.2 Million bullets a day forever. That's a
bunch.
850 Rounds a Minute

The radioactive 850 rounds a minute automatic weapon is about as big as the period at the
end of this sentence, never needs reloading and never jams. It's a perfect killing machine
for brain cells and other cells. The range is about 20 cells, after that there is what the
famous British physicist Dr. Chris Busby calls the bystander effect. He discovered it, he
gets to name it.
These radioactive automatic weapons are so small they can float right through your
clothes, evade your skin's defenses and invade your body. Wherever the weapons alight

inside, there is trouble as they never stop firing and there is no limit to their number. In a
soldiers brain, trouble shows up in a noticeable way to others.
As for the 20 cell radius ball within Range, think of these powerful Bullets each as a 100

To me, this means these 20 cell radius spheres in Soldiers and Vets brains turn to jelly or
mush, weird diseases or cancers, or all of the above. No wonder VA Secretary and former
General Eric Shinseki has noted the big increase in the VA's contract Psychiatric services.
This radioactive bullet explanation for Vets unusual behaviors holds water and makes
perfect sense to me. The Vets are under attack internally. Actually inside their skulls and
in their brains. Worse, there's nothing they can do about it. The huge VA system is also
helpless. There is no cure and no treatment.
The VA knows it and is stonewalling. They fired the only doc who stood up to them on DU.
Word travels fast among the cowed medical staffs.
So, the Vets get slapped with some fake diagnosis and sent to the shrink or told there is
nothing wrong with them. No way the spineless docs are going to call it like it is. They grab
their 250K and slink home, comfortable every night.
That ain't no way to run an Army; but, it IS a way to run the world's most lethal Armed
Force right into the ground.

services, let's all take note of it and ask real loud Why is this happening to Vets? They are

Radioactive uranium that is inhaled by soldiers on the battlefield and by workers in
factories may bypass the brain's protective barrier by following nerves from the nose
directly to the brain.
Nerves can act as a unique conduit, carrying inhaled uranium from the nose directly to the
brain, finds a study with rats. Once in the brain, the uranium may affect task and decisionrelated types of thinking.
This study provides yet another example of how some substances can use the olfactory
system bypassing the brain's protective blood barrier to go directly to the
brain.Titanium nanoparticles and the metals manganese, nickel, and thallium have
been shown to reach the brain using the same route.
Military personnel and people who work in uranium processing plants are exposed to the
weak radioactive element via wounds or by breathing. Exposure may affect brain function;
cognitive skills are lowered in soldiers who carry uranium-laced shrapnel.

Uranium has various industrial and military uses. A form of uranium called depleted
uranium is very dense and is used in armor-piercing ammunition and military vehicle
armor.
Battlefield exposure can occur through wounds such as with some US military personnel
who were injured during the Gulf War. These exposures can be higher than with civilians
who work with the element. A study of Gulf War veterans who have uranium shrapnel in
their bodies showed that they perform more poorly on general brain cognitive tests of
performance efficiency and accuracy.
Uranium can also be inhaled. Soldiers in vehicles hit by uranium rounds and workers in
uranium-processing facilities can breathe it in.
The researchers taking advantage of the fact that uranium can exist in different forms, or
isotopes used rats to compare how the element travels through the body if it is inhaled
or injected into the blood. The animals breathed in one isotope at levels similar to those
encountered on a battlefield where depleted uranium weapons are used. They were also
injected with a different isotope. Researchers compared the levels of the two isotopes in
different regions of the brain.
The inhaled isotope accumulated at 2 to 3 times higher levels than the injected isotope in
the olfactory (smell) paths from the nose to the brain and in the frontal cortex and
hypothalamus of the brain. This is concerning because the front part of the brain controls
executive function, which is the broad ability to gather information, make decisions and
initiate action.
The scientists then chemically damaged the olfactory nerves in the nose. The rats with the
damaged nerves had three times less uranium in the olfactory system than the rats with
intact olfactory nerves.
These finding suggests that inhaled uranium can travel directly from the nose along the
olfactory nerves to the front of the brain. The olfactory pathway, then, plays an important
role in inhaled uranium reaching the brain.

It is not known from this study if soldiers and civilian workers that breathe uranium could
be at an even higher risk for cognitive effects or if inhaled uranium may affect brain
function in similar ways as when it is carried through the blood. It is also unclear if these
findings would hold true for the human brain since the rat brain is much more developed
for smelling than the human brain.
Assessing these possible risks and determining if people's relatively underdeveloped sense
of smell could protect the brain would require further studies of people exposed to
uranium through inhalation.

Uranium presents numerous industrial and military uses and one of the most important
risks of contamination is dust inhalation. In contrast to the other modes of contamination,
the inhaled uranium has been proposed to enter the brain not only by the common route
of all modes of exposure, the blood pathway, but also by a specific inhalation exposure
route, the olfactory pathway. To test whether the inhaled uranium enter the brain directly
from the nasal cavity, male SpragueDawley rats were exposed to both inhaled and
intraperitoneally injected uranium using the 236U and 233U, respectively, as tracers. The
results showed a specific frontal brain accumulation of the inhaled uranium which is not
observed with the injected uranium. Furthermore, the inhaled uranium is higher than the
injected uranium in the olfactory bulbs (OB) and tubercles, in the frontal cortex and in the
hypothalamus. In contrast, the other cerebral areas (cortex, hippocampus, cerebellum and
brain residue) did not show any preferential accumulation of inhaled or injected uranium.
These results mean that inhaled uranium enters the brain via a direct transfer from the
nasal turbinates to the OB in addition to the systemic pathway. The uranium transfer from
the nasal turbinates to the OB is lower in animals showing a reduced level of olfactory
receptor neurons (ORN) induced by an olfactory epithelium lesion prior to the uranium
inhalation exposure. These results give prominence to a role of the ORN in the direct
transfer of the uranium from the nasal cavity to the brain.

Obama Fires Top Nuclear Chiefs

Recently, reports have come out that the Obama administration has made an
unprecedented move in firing a second military commander of the US Nuclear Weapons
System. Major General Michael Carey has some of the highest clearances one can get in
the military, being in charge of the most sensitive nuclear arsenals in our nation.
Reuters reported on Friday:
The two-star U.S. general in charge of the Air Force's arsenal of intercontinental missiles will be fired due to
"a loss of trust and confidence," a Pentagon official told Reuters on Friday.

Lieutenant General James Kowalski, commander of the Air Force Global Strike Command
is said to have made the decision to fire Carey, according to an anonymous official.
"20th AF continues to execute its mission of around-the-clock nuclear deterrence in a safe,
secure and effective manner," Kowalski said in a statement. "It's unfortunate that I've had
to relieve an officer who's had an otherwise distinctive career spanning 35 years of
commendable service."
According to the Air Force, Carey's firing was for alleged personal behavior and "conduct,"
though it remains unclear exactly what that means. Officials said it did not have anything
to do with gambling, the loss of a nuclear weapon, or sexual misconduct, which leaves one
scratching their head as to what kind of conduct would have warranted his termination.
Carey commanded the 20th Air Force, which is responsible for a total of 450
intercontinental ballistic missiles at three bases across the United States.

AFGSC Vice Commander Maj. Gen. Jack Weinstein has been named the interim 20th AF
commander.
Earlier, on Wednesday, October 9, Barack Obama relieved the number 2 officer at US
Strategic Command, Vice Admiral Tim Giardina.
Giardina has been the focus of a criminal investigation of suspected use of counterfeit
gambling chips in a poker game at a casino in western Iowa.

StratCom commander Gen. Robert Kehler suspended Giardina from his duties as deputy commander on
Sept. 3 and recommended to Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel that he be relieved from his post. Kehler's moves
were guided by preliminary information he had received from investigations of Giardina's alleged activities.
A defense official said Wednesday that "based upon a recommendation from the Secretary of Defense Chuck
Hagel, the president determined Oct. 3 that Vice Adm. Timothy M. Giardina, former Deputy Commander,
U.S. Strategic Command (O-9), should be relieved."
President Obama became involved in the case because only the president can relieve a three- and four-star
officer from his post.
Giardina has been reassigned to an undetermined position within the Navy.
The vice admiral remains under investigation by the Navy Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) which
launched its own probe of Giardina after being contacted by Iowa authorities in mid-July.

Kowalski has been involved in both of these firings. Kowalski has received two promotions
under Barack Obama: Major General and Lieutenant General.
Barack Obama has been purging high ranking military during his presidency. In the three
months following the jihadist attacks in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, five senior US
military officers have come under the administration's wrath:
Gen. Carter Ham, on October 18.
Adm. Charles Gaouette, on October 27.
Gen. David Petraeus, on November 9.
Gen. John Allen, on November 13.
Marine Corps Gen. James Mattis on December 6.
Dr. Eowyn comments:
Ostensibly, Petraeus' "retirement" and Allen's suspended promotion were due to both men's moral conduct.
But surely we are not so naive as to think that Petraeus and Allen are the only U.S. military officers who've
ever committed adultery or written flirtatious email. As for Ham's "retirement" and Gaouette's "temporary
re-assignment" (reassignment to what?), there is not even a whisper that either man's morals or personal
conduct is at issue.
The dismissal of Gen. James Mattis is equally, if not more, suspicious. Having served in the U.S. military
for 40 years and widely revered by rank-and-file Marines for his blunt talk and leadership, Mattis was the
head of the most important command of the entire U.S. military that of the United States Central
Command (CENTCOM). But the good general was told to vacate his office several months earlier than
planned.
Writing for Foreign Policy on Jan. 18, 2013, self-described "fan of President Obama" Thomas E. Ricks claims
that the "word on the national security street is that General James Mattis was being given the bum's rush
out of his job as commander of Central Command" because he rubbed civilian officials the wrong
way" on the Obama regime's policy toward Iran.
Ex-CIA agent, Dr. Jim Garrow, claims (on Alex Jones' radio, Glenn Beck, and several conservative internet
mediums) that Obama is purging the U.S. military's top brass via a "litmus test" of sorts. Highranking military officials are asked "Would you fire on an American citizen?." Garrow claims that
those who answered no would be fired. (See "Ex-CIA agent says Obama had Andrew Breitbart and Tom

So, just what exactly is taking place here?

Sonya Sandage offers this bit of information:
Some say the firings of these two, along with two Marine Corp Generals, an Army Brigadier General, an
Army 2-star General, and a Navy 1-star General are part of an effort to clean up operational failures, such
as the 2007 incident of the Minot missing nukes.
According to a wide range of reports, several nuclear bombs were "lost" for 36 hours after taking off August
29/30, 2007 on a "cross-country journey" across the U.S., from U.S.A.F Base Minot in North Dakota to
U.S.A.F. Base Barksdale in Louisiana. Reportedly, in total there were six W80-1 nuclear warheads armed on
AGM-129 Advanced Cruise Missiles that were "lost." The story was first reported by the Military Times, after
military servicemen leaked the story
The rare firings of military nuclear chiefs follows another recent incident of nukes making headlines.

The incident she refers to was Senator Lindsey Graham's (R-SC) comments at Goose Creek
stating that if America failed to go to war with Syria, the South Carolina coast might get
nuked.
With all of this being extremely rare, one does have to wonder what the ulterior motives of
the Obama administration are in all of this.
