Overview of current profile:
Server Monitoring Engineer:
Need to perform logical maintenance for more than 3000 servers globally.
It's a 24/7 Process where we have to monitor the alerts which are generated by the Servers are performs L1
troubleshoot and assigning it to the respective PRG on time.
Managing and Monitoring Configuration management (CMDB)
Whenever the alert triggered in the tool we have to inform the correct PRG according to the severity of the
issue.
Need to make the server in Maintenance Mode whenever the TFGs requests for it and need to monitor the
same.
Handling the Wintel L1 and L2 activities Like Server Restart or Server Shutdown are carried out with request
of respective TFGs.
Need to monitor wether the patching are updated properly.
Need to monitor the health of the critical servers in non-business hours.
Additional Works:
As a lead I played a vital role to improve the quality of the output we provide.

Generating daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports for all the process.
