INTRODUCTION

Ethics and morality are successfully imposing human society with its common
ability to express the meaning and value of a certain normative order and social
and business life and communication of life. So we can say that morality and ethics
are one of the key basis for holding today's society, for the regulation of all kinds
of economic and social relations.
The main factor of society, the individual, if it doesnt possess the basic principles
of personal and business ethics and has a lack of moral standards, it is always
ready to commit fraud, to put their personal interests above the collective, legal,
above the norms of business ethics and human relations, to undermine the business
climate and atmosphere, can easily be threaten by the community, society and
relationships.
This paper is specifically stated that the case studies provides an example of how
disregard for ethical and moral norms can lead to huge losses for the company and
employees, loss of reputation of the company, and even lead to a violation of the
law.
The main question that arises in the analysis of business ethics and the relationship
between economy and ethics is: where is the limit that determines whether
something is morally business or not? To determine the boundary of morality and
ethics is a major challenge for every manager, all busy people and individuals in
society.
That is a question of personal decisions, their own experiences of the situation,
needs, interests and motives, integrity issues, but the issue of cultural heritage,
expectations and pressures that come from companies and environments. But the
fact is that there is no good way to do a bad thing.

1.1 Morality
Morale in the broadest sense, a form of social consciousness,is a set of unwritten rules, customs,
habits and norms that are accepted in the life of a community. Moral determine human action,
and society accepts these principles, thus by regulating interpersonal relationships.
Moral rules are not absolutely valid, but vary temporally and spatially. Unlike law, moral rules when they are violated - do not bring political or economic sanctions, although many norms
become legal. Every society has its moral norms that are changing with the development of
society, but not fast.
Respected moral standards provide the influence of public opinion and by raising individual.
Sanctions for violations of moral norms can be social (moral judgment) or individual
(preudesitl).
When I say that I am morally responsible, then I think:
- I did the action
- That I had done willingly
- I've done knowingly act
There is no society without moral responsibility. Responsibility is a social institution with a long
history and teaches that the "irresponsibility was much more than responsibility" and that this is
one of the key social relations before which is a long future. There is almost no area of social life
in which does not work a certain form of responsibility.
When it comes to the moral standards of any principles or rules, it could be said that they, in the
broadest sense, are the basic elements of morality that are necessary for the determination of
moral attitudes. These are, in fact, demands adequate human inclinations and attitudes that
influence and motivate people to act in accordance with the "good" standards. The manner in
which moral standards specify, analyze, understand and retain or abandon, is based on the moral
development of the individual and society, and represents the basis for the belief in dialogue and
compromise in resolving social conflicts and business; for the temporary nature of freedom,
peace, non-violent change; the importance of improving the quality of the environment and
supports diversity.
Morality is a form of human practice, a form of delatnog, practical dealings of man with the
world, with other people, as well as to himself. Moral depends on the classes that exist in society.

1.2 Ethics
Word ethics has its origin from the Greek ethos, customs, habits, character, place of residence.
Knowing as how to live, what to do, how to be. In Aristotle, the ethos associated with the habit
of action, simplicity which develops good qualities, characters.Ethics and morality are not terms
with the same meaning.
Business ethics has its two main types, namely collective, group ethics and the ethics of the
individual. Collective ethics means ethical practices in the business decisions of companies
concerning the external environment, but also ethical relationships within the companies
themselves.
-Life Is the greatest value and highest good
-Make Good, not harm
-The principle of truthfulness and trust
- The principle of equality and autonomy
- The principle of the rights and obligations of all people
- The principle of cooperation and good relations among health care workers
- The principle of continuous learning and professional development
Ethics raises questions of justification of action within a theory principles, it reflects on your own
moral act, to see what's up with our morality in general and how it fits into our attitude towards
life, what is the norm in general, what is the principle, what is good operation.
Ethics and morality are successfully imposing human society just in what its common ability to
express the meaning and value of a certain normative order of social life. Some authors term
"should" rather reserved for anchors consisting of norms and a sense of obligation, and ethics for
them precedes morality or makes its continuation.
Indeed, in the current use of the morality often refers to a pre-established normative order, while
concerns over ethics issues and uncertainty of the entity that is before the practical choice. For
example, speaks of "ethical order" to describe the state of mind of the subject who is trying to
make the best moral choice.
French philosopher Montesquienapisao said for the general human ethical words: "If I knew
something that for me might be useful, and caused damage to my family, I would have knocked
out their spirit. If I knew something useful for my family, and it would not be useful to my
country, Ide tried to forget it. If I knew something useful for their country, and it would be

damaging for Europe, or when it would be useful for Europe, and harmful for the human race-I
would consider it a crime, because I am necessarily a man, a Frenchman by accident. "
Albert Carr highlights,, All business people with common sense, aremore preferring to speak the
truth, but they are rarely inclined to tell the whole truth ''.

2. CASE STUDIES

On Friday 12 December 2013. Rumas police have arrested one person and filed criminal charges

2.1 Summary of the case studies

This is quite violated ethical principles by all the four employees. First and foremost is
unconscionable business and relationship to the company, the attitude towards work, respect for
the law, honesty, lojalnost. Consequences are and that this is a huge amount of money the
company lost. The long-term consequences are that this type of theft in terms of fuel with less
than the workers themselves likely to continue to exist, and that there is still no efficient way to
do prekine. Main human rights were not directly threatened by the process employed, but it is
right to property or property embezzled belonged to the corporation.
One of moral principles is trust. In this case the trust of the company to the employee, who to
trust, who would be a good worker?
All of the defendants are acted unethically, were responsible for his work and not doing it
correctly and according to the law. Regardless of whether you are working for minimum wage
monthly salary or more, as much as they needed the money there was always a way to a row in a
fair manner.
There is no justification and no extenuating circumstances. They did not steal one more day is a
scam lasted almost the entire godinu. All the defendants are responsible, indirectly, and other
employees of NIS because it strange that not so long noticed that something was wrong.

3. CONCLUSION

Modern economic dynamics and business relationships among individuals want more openings,
freedom and liberalization of all economic entities. This raises the dilemma of the relationship
between economics and ethics.
Recent researches in this area shows that the absence of ethical standards in business and
relationships causes great damage to individual companies, as well as the overall world
economy, as unethical and immoral act in the Therefore, this issue has an increasing importance
in research and education.
It was need of a big indicator of skill and will, width, education, innovation and sense that people
in the business environment reconcile individual and collective demands for ethical business
practices and decisions. Knowing and accepting deadlock problem in business and get through it
without morally suspicious actions toward others, as well as the continued success achieved
without causing injustice to the detriment of others, was a great success in linking collective and
individual demands and expectations in professional ethics.
Such people and processes in our business environment is, indeed, very little. Therefore, the
costs and losses in business are large, and business affairs are often. It takes this theme to
devote much more attention to the education of the owners, employers, managers and other
employees, perform contemporary research, and provide concrete examples in practice.
