Gentlemen:
We write on behalf of our client, Mariquitna Inc., regarding your unsettled
obligation in the amount of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos
(P1,750,230.00) in lieu of the five hundred (500) pairs of handmade shoes that
you purchased from our client.
It is to our knowledge that you issued our client Purchase Order No. 3669-98-87 on 28 November 2014 for the acquisition of shoes therein, which were
timely and diligently delivered to and received by your Mr. Henry Sisy on 28
November 2014.
Sincere efforts to communicate, repeatedly requesting for your companys
outstanding obligations by our client had been made but it remains unpaid as of
this date.

In view of the foregoing, exaction is hereby made upon you to settle your
unpaid balance to our client in full within thirty (30) days from receipt of this
letter. Otherwise, we will seriously consider the institution of the appropriate
actions against you in order to protect the interest of our client, costs of which will
be further charged to your account.
