I am chemical engineer, having eight years experience in utilities, water and

waste water treatment of petrochemical, ethanol refining chemical plants.
My objective is to get a Challenging position in growing oriented firm where
I utilize my skills, Knowledge and engineering application to give quality
product, save energy and material of an organization.

Employment History

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
08 years-working experience of utilities, off site operations, distillation
operations, waste water and water treatment operations of
petrochemical and ethanol refinery plants.

DETAIL OF EXPERIENCE
1. Working as an Assistant production Manager, from (November-2007
to date) in a Unicol Ethanol Refinery Plant Mirpurkhas.unicol
is a joint venture of Meran sugar mill.Farhan sugar mill and Mirpurkhas
sugar mill. Plant capacity is 100000 litters of ethanol per day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Control quality and process parameters according to design.
• Maintenance and over hauling the equipments.
• Bottlenecks and de-bottlenecks of plant.
• Smooth operation and safe star up and shutdown of chemical plant
• Implementation of HSE procedure.
• Waste water treatment and effluent handling.
• Control quality of boiler feed water and recovery of condensate water
system.
• Operate R.O, Softening unit, cooling towers, ammonia chillers and air
compressors, steam turbine and boilers.
• Cleaning of plate type exchanger and shell-tube exchanger.
• Control TDS, hardness, PH and chlorides of cooling towers.
• Design aeration system, coagulation and flocculation, sedimentation,
filteration and disinfection system.
• Design chlorination system, softening unit and its regeneration system
 on the basis of hardness.
• Control corrosion and scale by physically and chemically treatment of
cooling water and protect cooling tower metal from cathodic.
• Control range and approach of cooling tower and redox controlling.

2. Worked as Process Engineer from (December-2002 to November-

2007) in largest petrochemical polymer plant at Chemi Viscose fibre
Nawabshah at waste water treatment and utilities section. It is a
petrochemical plant of chemi group of industries. Capacity of plant
is 30 ton/day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Industrial waste water and river water treatment.
• Municipal waste water treatment as additional responsibilities.
• . Design domestic or industrial water or wastewater treatment plants,
including biological reactor and disinfection systems.
• Design pumping systems, pumping stations, pipelines and sewers of
collection of waste water.
• Design water distribution systems for portable and non portable
water.
• Design water run-off collection networks, water supply channels, or
water supply system.
• Design water storage tanks or water ponds, rectangular clarifier and
trickling filter.
• Analyze and recommended chemical, biological or other wastewater
treatment methods to prepare water for industrial or domestic use.
• Design screening system, aerated rectangular girt chamber,
coagulation, and flocculation and chlorination system.
