Valve bodies are made from solid stainless steel bar. This provides valve
bodies with maximum strength avoiding any ows and stresses that may
occur from welding processes.

Cilindro extra-grande
De extrema precisin y exibilidad, la

vlvula manual ZM, ZM1 aprovecha todos
los componentes de la vlvula ZP, menos
la parte neumtica.
La vlvula se suministra con cilindros de

dimensiones mayores respecto al estandar
que se indica en la tabla de presiones.
Esta conguracin permite una actividad
con presiones notablemente elevadas.

Reliable and extremely flexible, the

manual valve ZM, ZM1 uses all the
parts from the ZP valve apart from the
pneumatic components.
An oversized actuator is recommended

where valves are operating against
high pressures. Standard cylinder
sizes are showed in the table entitled
pressures.

avoid the solidication of melted products. Hot water circulating in the jacket

Barrera de vapor

que exsta un ambiente esteril y asptico,
con temperaturas altas de esterilizacin. El uso de una barrera de vapor
acoplada entre el cuerpo de la vlvula
y la parte neumtica , permite obtener
una separacin perfecta entre el producto
del interior de la vlvula y el ambiente
externo. La Barrera de Vapor (tipo 2) de
Bardiani Valvole puede usarse en muchos
tipos de aplicaciones , incluso cuando en
una instalacin se producen depresiones.
De hecho, en tales casos , el circuito de
vapor queda estructurado de tal manera
que, una posible depresin, producira en
el interior nicamente vapor.

A steam barrier is recommended for

very hygiene applications such as sterile, aseptic processing or high temperature sterilization. The steam barrier,
placed between the valve body and
the pneumatic actuator, minimises the
risk of the product coming into contact
with the external atmosphere. A steam
barrier (type 2) can be used on a vacuum system, in which case only small
amounts of steam are allowed to enter
the valve.

El uso de un cilindro neumtico auxiliar,

que puede instalarse facilmente en
las vlvulas aspticas con membrana
metlica, signica la solucin ideal para
evitar posibles golpes de ariete que
pueden producirse en cualquier tipo de
instalacin. La conguracin de esta
vlvula permite adems desarrollar las
prestaciones de reajuste de caudal, de
peso y de dosaje.
Twin-stop
An auxiliary Twin-Stop pneumatic cylinder controls the nal closure or initial

opening of a valve. On aseptic valves,
complete with metallic bellows, it is
the ideal solution for avoiding water
hammer caused by the rapid shutting of

con altas temperaturas de esterilizacin.El
uso de una barrera de vapor acoplada entre
el cuerpo de la vlvula y la parte neumtica
permite obtener una separacin perfecta
entre el producto del interior de la vlvula
y el ambiente externo.La barrera de vapor
de Bardiani Valvole, puede utilizarse en varios tipos de aplicaciones, incluso cuando
en la instalacin se producen depresiones.
De hecho, en estos casos el circuito de vapor permanece estructurado de tal manera que, una posible depresin nicamente
provocara en el interior vapor.

placed between the valve body and the

be used on a vacuum system, in which case
only a small amount of steam is allowed to

La membrana metlica de acero inoxidable garantiza

y realiza las funciones de la barrera de vapor.Adems,
como no necesita el circuito de vapor, se puede usar
con mayor exibilidad y ahorro econmico. Su estructura ha sido creada para sustituir la barrera de vapor
en la elaboracin de productos especiales donde es
mejor evitar el contacto con temperaturas de vapor
muy elevadas. Una perfecta limpieza y la seguridad
de que no existan sedimentos en el interior del cuerpo

Metallic bellows
Stainless steel metallic bellows allow a safe separation

between the product and the external atmosphere. It
is mounted between the valve body and the shutter. It
acts like a steam barrier, but without requiring steam.
Benets include greater exibility and reduced costs.
On heat sensitive products, bellows avoid the high
temperatures associated with steam barriers. Its clean

Funcionamiento:
Para obtener la apertura de la vlvula alimenten ambos cilindros con entrada de aire 1 y 2, (Fig. 1). Al quitar aire del cilindro
inferior se realiza el cierre parcial de la vlvula (g. 2) ajustando con un dispositivo de regulacion. Para obtener el cierre total
de la vlvula, es suciente quitar el aire del cilindro superior (g. 3). Tambin se puede obtener una apertura parcial de la vlvula
alimentando solo el cilindro superior haciendo entrar aire por 2.
Working principle:
To open the valve, supply air to both connections 1 + 2 (g. 1). For partial closing release the air on the connection 1, while
maintaining pressure on air connection 2 (g. 2) the valve will partially close, this stroke can be adjusted and xed, by a
mechanical device equipped on the top of the valve. To close completely release the air from inlet 2 (g. 3), both cylinders
will now be free of air, and the spring returns the shutter in lower position. For partial opening, supply air to inlet 2 only.
