UK MEDICALS PROCESS:

As soon as you receive an email from Cognizant Global Mobility for UK Work Permit or
Dependant Permit visa stamping process. Please follow the below stages to complete the UK
Medicals:

Important Note:
*Children below 11 years is not required for First Visit
*In case of Children, Please complete all documentation / payment in the 1 st visit itself.
*Please do cooperate. Process may take up to 4 Hours.
*Any additional tests if required after examination by the Panel Physician.
*No fasting required.

Any attempt to intimidate, interfere or intrude in the process would be promptly

recorded on file and reported to the respective Consulates/British High Commissions.

STAGE 3. At Centre for Migration Medicine (CMM) the Panel Physician will give you the FORM
where you will be asked to fill the UK address. Please fill this address for UK Cognizant
Technology Solutions UK Limited, 1 Kingdom Street, Paddington Central, London W2
6BD, United Kingdom.
After completing your Medicals you will be provided with the Medical Report (refer the below
screen-shot), Chest X-Ray, etc., with the details provided in the below red circle. If the report
says Negative, Abnormal then Cognizant Global Mobility team will not proceed with the Visa
stamping for such cases and if the report matches with the below screen-shot (with the option
like Note Done, Normal, etc.) then will proceed further with the stamping process.

STAGE 4. As soon as you get the Medical reports, Chest X-Ray, etc. please share the scan copy
with the Cognizant Global Mobility team on the same day for verification and please submit the
hardcopy along with Medicals documents (as per the checklists) at least 4-5 working days
before the date of biometrics that you have booked online between 10:30am to 12.00pm. We
will arrange the Documents with the Demand Drafts and the BEP/Support Letters and give you
back the entire set of Documents.
