6. Guarantee:Both the Buyers and the Sellers shall issue through their respective bank a letter of guarantee covering %of the total
contract value With in days after the signing of the contract.
7. Quality/Quantity Discrepancy: in case of quality discrepoancy claim should be field by the Buyer with in 30 days after the arrival of
the goods at port of
destination ; while for quantity descrepancy claim should be field by the Buyer within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at port of
destination. lt is understood that the Seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the
insurance company,shipping company and other transportation organization/of Post Office are liable.
8. Force Majeure: the Seller shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods under this
sales confirmation in consequence of any Force Majeure incidents.
9. Confirmation: The Buyers is requested to sign and return one copy of this Sales Confirmation immediately after receipt to the
same,Objection if any,should be raised by the buyer five days after the receipt of this Sales Confirmation.ln the absence of which it is
understood that the Buyers has accepted the terms and conditions of the Sales Confirmation.
10. Arbitration: All disputs arising from the execution of or in connection with this contract shall be settled amicable through friendly
negotiation.ln case no settlement can be reached through negotiation,the case shall then be submitted to the China International
Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in Beijing for arbitration in accordance with its Provisional rules of Procedure,The arbitral
award is final and binding upon both in partied.
11. Remarks: Products related to trade mark, registration or valid patents protection are not offered for sales in countries where the sale
for such products constitutes infringement of trade mark/registration/patents and the liability for those checkings and infringements are
exclusively at buyers risks.
