This document is executed to formalize the partnership agreement between

II. Responsibilities and Extent of Contributions

The partners abovementioned shall equally bear all the expenses of the business. Expenses shall
be understood as the cost of the maintenance of the business including, but not limited to, monthly
rentals, electricity bills,water bills, and all the articles necessary for the everyday operation of the
business.
The contribution of each partner to the expenses shall be accounted for on a monthly basis. A
detailed written list of the expenses of the business shall be given or furnished to each partner every
end of the month. Each partner shall review the expenses and any objections and questions thereat shall
be explained and answered accordingly. If there is no objection to the accuracy and acceptability of the
list, each partner shall then give their respective contributions. The review shall not be more than 10
days. Lapse of such period shall be deemed an acceptance to the accuracy and integrity of the list.
Name of the other partner shall be responsible for preparing the list of the expenses. The
written list may be in electronic form. The list of the profit as mentioned in the roman numeral
It shall also be understood that Mr Jemil Dano shall only be considered as a contributor to the
expenses of the partnership. He shall not be required to attend to the operations of the partnership.
Operations shall be understood as the daily operation of the partnership.
III. Income
The income shall be equally divided to the partners. Name of other partner shall be on a daily
basis account for all the income he/she received.
Income on a daily basis shall be understood as the income after subtracting the expenses on that
particular day.
A list of the expenses shall be furnished to Mr Jemil Dano should he wish to have a copy
thereof.

IV. Business Decisions

Any planned changes in the operations of the partnership shall be communicated with each of
the partner. Should the change would require expenses, the change should be unanimously decided.
V. Withdrawal and Dissolution
The partners shall have the right to withdraw from the partnership at any time. Should one
partner wishes to withdraw from the partnership, the partnership shall be deemed dissolved for all
purposes. Name of the other partner shall also have the right to continue the business in his own
name should he/she wishes to.
VI. Final Articles
This partnership agreement shall serve as a proof that a partnership between Name of the other
partner and Mr Jemil Dano exists.
This shall only serve as a general partnership agreement between the partners and this may be
modified upon agreement of the partners.
