OUTBOUND OPTIONS

FORMAT 1 : Activity Based Outbound - around the lawns of Resort.

Participants will go through varying activities with different difficulty
levels challenging them mentally and physically. These activities will
follow the classic principles of Team Building and Team Bonding. At the
end of the session participants go through a debrief to share learnings.

FORMAT 2 : HI IMPACT ACTIVITY FORMAT. In this format participants are

slotted in 4/6 groups. SESSION 1 will focus on getting the team
combinations right. At the end of S1 there will be team selection
SESSION 2 participants are put to a outdoor challenge CHECKPOINT :
RACE2WIN. Objective : Teams that score the maximum in this race
wins. Teams are tested on how they utilize the resources given to how
they map the checkpoints and how effectively they play to win this
race. The format is very dynamic and have the teams thinking and
members contributing to the progress of the game.

Elements of the Race
Teams will need to circle Corbett with resources given to them like
Jeeps, Compasses and other navigational aids. Each Checkpoint is of
increasing order of difficulty. At each checkpoint teams will have to
accomplish set of activities.
Teams will be marked on various parameters like quality of output, no
of tasks accomplished, creativity, etc.,
Team that scores maximum points is awarded a Trophy.
