Job Title: Prospect Development Representative, Services Contract (Part-Time, At-Home)

Job Description Summary:


Playvox is looking for a super talented marketing prospector to drive business expansion in the U.S.
market. Playvox is a gamification software that provides a workforce engagement and management
platform for call centers in the U.S. and globally. Founded in 2012, Playvox has shown consistent
growth and is well financed.
The Prospect Development Representative (PDR) will generate new business opportunities by
following proven processes to prospect into business accounts. Youll learn how to identify and
research lists of companies to target to generate new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goaloriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has
advancement potential within the the organization, and the compensation package includes an a
commission structure

Location: Colombia, S.A. (Native Colombian or Foreigner living in Colombia with proper visa)

Specific Responsibilities:

Identification, development, and acquisition of new customers, including establishment and


daily management of a prospect sales-funnel program.
Establish and manage the key milestones needed to disqualify a prospect or move the prospect
into the teams sales funnel with the applicable support.
Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities
Strategize with top-producing marketing managers
Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology
Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
Leverage CRM tools to prospect into specific geographic territories and sectors

Requirements:

Proficient and comprehensive level of English (in all areas of reading, writing, speaking,
listening). Qualified candidates will have to pass an English test with C1 level or higher
A commanding desire to learn and succeed in prospect marketing
Able to describe the process by which they were successful
Candidates should have one of the following: software/saas experience, excel/CRM tools, sales
experience or other related business experience
Salesforce.com or Salesloft.com experience a plus (but not required)
Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors a plus: multi-channel marketing, content
marketing, e-commerce, digital and mobile marketing, retail, brands selling directly to
consumers (but not required)
