1 .No candidate will be admitted in the Examination Hall 15 minutes after the commencement of the Examination.

the space provide on this card and get it duly attested by the principal/ Head of your institution last attended or any Gazetted Officer. You
must also bring TWO indential photograph to be submitted to the invigilators during the first paper of your examination.
3 .Candidate should note that Signature/Left Thumb impression in the space provided on Admit Card, shall be taken only in Exam. Hall.
4 .Candidates are required to bring this Admit Card at the time of Examination and Counseling.
5 .Candidates should bring Blue or Black dot Pen for the Examination. It is required to fill up the entries on Question Booklet and OMR Answer
Sheet with dot pen only in the Examination Hall.
6 .Each Question Booklet is related to OMR Answer Sheet kept inside the Question Booklet. Change of OMR Answer Sheet of one set with
another is strictly prohibited and shall be punishable.
7 .Use of Calculators, Log Table, Communication Devices like Mobile Phones etc. are NOT ALLOWED in the Examination Hall.
8 .The Candidate is advised to check the details printed on the Admit Card regarding Name/Gender/Date of Birth/Category/
Weightage/Domicile etc. In case of any discrepancy, the candidate is advised to report to the Invigilator in the Examination Hall during
examination period to fill the Form-9 (Discrepancy Form), available on the Verification Card.
9 .Candidate should note that if Photograph/Signature printed on this Admit Card is blurred or incorrect or not visible then he/she must report
on April 17- 18,2015 to the Examination Centre for issuance of duplicate admit card. All such candidates must bring a copy of downloaded
Admit Card along with a copy of Confirmation Page, Six copies of recent color photographs and at least one Photo ID Proof such as Aadhar
Card,Driving License,School ID Card,Voter ID Card etc.
