The overall objective of the project involves production support and enhancement of PeopleSoft HRMS 9.1 for
People Soft Core HR modules, NA Payroll, Benefits and Benefit Administration.
Responsibilities:
Handled bundles to resolve issues & upgrade the application. Triaged various testing, production and
performance issues.
Created data mover scripts for exporting and importing important tables, like the security tables and the
configuration tables. Did manual configurations after the bundle application.
Developed test cases/scenarios for end to end test coverage and created test scripts for execution of
functional tests.
Reviewed functional specs with business sponsors for approval and coordinated in testing all the
requirements.
Worked on building PS queries and security for users on ad-hoc reports.
Helped the user build the work flow matrix which identifies the groups or person receiving notification during

Credit Suisse has integrated HR department that features two main information systems, the system was
implemented by IBM team under project name OneHRIS. Production support of the OneHRIS system was
being handled by the client himself. TRPM project was aimed at guiding the client team to streamline the
process of resolving tickets by providing the root cause analysis and by providing support to clear the backlog
of the tickets.
Responsibilities:
Attended workshop with client to come up with problem management approach for the defects.
Worked as SME for clearing the backlog of the defects.
Reviewed Technical Design Document for various production support bugs and enhancement bugs.

Client has integrated HR department that features two main information systems. The former Credit Suisse
First Boston (CSFB) HRMS was on PeopleSoft v 7.01 and was upgraded in phase1 and the former Credit
Suisse Switzerland was on version 8.3 SP1 and was handled in phase2.. Both systems were based on
PeopleSoft technology but were implemented very differently.
The project was aimed at integrating and streamlining the HR operations of the whole group into one. The
project was a re- implementation of the legacy PeopleSoft systems to newer PeopleSoft and implementation
of new modules like eperformance, erecruiting.
Responsibilities:
Attended KT sessions as part of onshore team to understand Legacy system.
As a key member of Team involved in Data Conversion for Workforce administration module. Worked
extensively on Data conversion programs using component interface to load PeopleSoft tables from flat files.
