Next Constructions is a forward thinking, energetic and dynamic
construction company.
We add value by creating ideal outcomes for both property owners
and tenants, where they love the transformation of their property and
maximise the financial returns achieved.
Delivering fitout, refurbishment and construction projects is what we
do. Our philosophy is that all successful projects are founded on the
people responsible for the project and our team are dedicated to
understanding our clients business objectives so that they can create
buildings which cater to their needs.

We are a growing company with a proven track record in delivering

Joseph Di Girolamo
Joseph Di Girolamo started the company with over fifteen years
experience in the construction and property industry, having completed a
Bachelor of Building, Construction Management degree at the University
of Technology, Sydney.
Josephs family has been in construction for over thirty years with a proven
track record in delivering major commercial, industrial and multi unit
residential projects. Joseph has previously worked with St Hilliers and Built
gaining valuable experience in Construction, Project and Development
Management. Josephs focus is on clients, the business team and the
future development of the company.

Mark Di Noia
Mark has been with the company from the early stages overseeing
the finance, human resources and systems compliance functions of
the business. Mark is responsible for the upfront stages of our projects
understanding our clients needs, aligning building tenants and land
owners business objectives to structure the ideal outcome for all parties.
Mark has extensive experience in Property Development including the
redevelopment of several major service station sites and the negotiation
of head lease agreements on those sites with Caltex Australia Limited and
Woolworths Limited.
Mark graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of
Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law and has
a significant role in the strategic planning and management of Next
Constructions.

What We Do
Fitout
Our head office is based in Sydney and our
fitout projects range from office make goods to
multi level office, child and aged care, retail and
hospitality fitouts.

Next Constructions project team understand


how to successfully manage projects in tenant
occupied environments minimising disruption
to building tenants.

Whilst we actively tender on small to large


fitout projects, we have many repeat clients.
Our clients include private individuals, financial
institutions, property developers, interior
designers, client project managers
and commercial architects.

Our refurbishment projects typically range


from $500k to $10 million (see enclosed
refurbishment capability statement).

We are often invited at the early stages of a


project to add value up front instead of the
traditional tender process.
Our fitout projects typically range from $300k
to $10 Million (see enclosed fitout capability
statement).

Refurbishment
We deliver small to large refurbishment
projects to multiple sectors. These projects
are often upgrades to building assets owned
by state and federal government, financial
institutions and private individuals.
We are usually engaged by client
representatives and facilities managers
to undertake these projects and we have
successfully completed projects for clients
such as RTA and State Property Authority.

Construction
Our strength in delivery is largely attributable
to our core teams extensive experience in
construction.
We deliver construction projects to multiple
sectors including office, industrial, retail,
hospitality, aged care, child care, and multi unit
residential.
Next Constructions are a team of construction
professionals with extensive experience in
small to large complex projects.
Our delivery is successful due to strong
leadership from our construction team getting
involved at the early stages of the project to
identify the project risks. This allows the design
to be procured and delivered to exacting
standards.

with full project and financial systems
integration.

Buildtools is a user-friendly, online software


package that provides complete document
control and transparency streamlining
processes, increasing efficiencies and
eliminating costly errors. All project documents
are accessed from one location, making
it easier for our clients, consultants and
subcontractors to work together smarter
and faster.

We use this industry leading estimating


software to ensure our tender submissions
are accurate and set out according to our
clients requirements.

Systems and Accreditation


Our business has grown with structured policies and systems in
alignment with our company organising board which has the business
structured into seven divisions. We have invested in an integrated
quality, OH&S and environmental management system which ensures
we deliver our projects to exacting standards with minimal impact to
the environment, ensuring the safety of our staff and the public.
Our integrated management system has been certified to ISO9001
standards.
