The BRCA, Inc. is locked in an unavoidable international socio-political economic and

metaphysical battle with the historically rogue, fascist, racist and American Presidential
autonomous USDJ Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Please see Exhibit A for the BRCA, Inc.
11/07/2010 declaration of war.
Consequently, this battle will result in the FBI either succeeding with its neo-CoInTelPro vectors to
destroy the BRCA, Inc., kill by accident if possible its Founding Director and genocide any of his
offspring; or the BRCA, Inc.s request to The Hague ICC for an Investigation, Trial and eventual
ICC Court Order to have the co-defendants FBI and the UK_DMO complete the 2007 EUHG
payment illegally interrupted by their orchestration of the 1/28/2007 confiscation by the Indianapolis,
Indiana Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Fraud Investigation Case (FIC) # PD08014966 of
the good and valid check for $310,000 declared stolen.
The March 14, 2007 issuance by the EU/Special Programmes Body (SPB) of Monaghan, Ireland of
a 1.9 M Euros ($2.5 usd) European Union Humanitarian Grant (EUHG) award has been blocked 4
years since the FBI and UK_DMO had confiscated as stolen the gift to pay the fee check payment to
the BRCA, Inc. by the EUHG #5 Affiliate Financier Brandon Douglas.
This outrage is equivalent to an illegal "robbery" in the Chase Bank Branch Lobby of BRCA, Inc.
funds while being deposited by the BRCA, Inc. Treasurer who was handcuffed and humiliated an
hour and poses a serious crime against humanity.

FBI ENDOWED WITH SUPRA-NATIONAL POWERS
As a rogue combined American domestic intelligence and law enforcement agency the FBI has
everyone afraid. Caution must surely be taken because the FBI has been secretly endowed with
supra-national powers.
Esoterically this is because the FBI was in its creation in 1924 uniquely endowed with supranational powers by the 1877 installed secret political cabal that is still operational in America.
Created from the presidential election crisis called the 1876-77 Tilden-Hayes Affair this cabal is
composed of both American main political parties from key American northern and southern
states. Most notably the FBI unique supra-national powers includes not only the ability to
investigate a specific suspect but also the ability to arrest that suspect. Unlike other American and
most international law enforcement agencies in other democratic countries the FBI needs only the US
Attorney General Use Authority to transform investigative information into an arrest order.
The critical advantage the FBI possesses over other government agencies is that
it only needs to obtain Attorney General Use Authority to use the intelligence it
previously collected as evidence in a criminal prosecution.
The ability to transform intelligence collection into evidence within a single
agency is contrary to the methods that must be used by the domestic intelligence
agencies of other nations. These agencies do not have the power of arrest and must
provide the fruits of their intelligence collection operations to a separate law enforcement
organization to conduct an arrest, transform intelligence into evidence, and present the
case to a government prosecutor(s) for trial.

Note that it was this FBI critical advantage exactly that was used in the human rights abuse of
the BRCA, Inc. when on 1/28/2008 the FBI had the good and valid $310,000 2007 European Union
Humanitarian Grant (EUHG) gift to pay the fee check to BRCA, Inc. confiscated as stolen. The
FBI needs to be finally disbanded as called for since 1972 when its Counter Intelligence Program
(CoInTelPro) based serious human rights violations were first exposed.
However, then in 1972 as now 50 years later in 2012 the cited secret political cabal that created
in 1924 the historically proven rogue, fascist, racist and American Presidential autonomous USDJ
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) still struggles to manage to protect the perennially disgraced
FBI from being disbanded and its .
Additionally, and most important notably the FBI unique supra-national powers includes American
Presidential autonomy allowing it to be historically rogue, fascist, racist and capable of
neutralizing any sitting president that gets out of line as defined by the secret political
cabal.
Additionally, esoterically the FBI has also been ad hoc endowed with autonomy of the sitting
American President; capable of orchestrating their shooting assassination when they "get out of line
beginning with American President Abraham Lincoln in 1865." Such a President out of line
determination is made by the demonically controlled cabal that since the Tilden and Hayes Affair of
1876-77 has secretly controlled America. The following historical notes are not from
coincidence:
i.) that the FBIs chief operations architect was the FBI first Director J.
Edgar Hoover; and that at 20 years old he was officially initiated in the Scottish Rite Freemason
Southern Jurisdiction (SRFSJ) Temple #1 in Washington, DC. which was founded by the SRFSJ
High Wizard Albert Pike;

Senate that passed the legislation in 1901 within 3 weeks of the assassination of American President
William McKinley to raise a national monument for the controversial lawyer and journalist Albert

the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) openly controlled Washington D.C. and the White House.
Former Republican Party President Theodore Roosevelt serving 2 terms from 1901

defeated for a second term in the 1912 American Presidential election as TR
challenged Taft for the 1912 Republican Party Presidential nomination and was

Miffed Former American President TR ran for a third term as a Third Party Bull
Moose Candidate effectively blocking Taft from a second term. For the first and
only time in Americas history a Third Party Presidential Candidate came in
second. By taking more votes than the incumbent President and Republican
Presidential candidate William Howard Taft; Former American President TR
effectively split Tafts base thus allowing the Democratic Candidate Woodrow
Wilson to became the American President in 1913.

This is mysterious and suspicious because:

i.) the TR-Taft rift is still unclear as to substance and seems
relatively insignificant;
ii.) the New Nationalism movement of TR was directly opposed
to Woodrow Wilsons policy platform called The New Freedom.
With President Woodrow Wilson in office from 1912 to 1920 three pieces of
legislation were enacted in 1913:
1.) Lower Tariffs;
2.) a Graduated Income Tax; and
3.) the Federal Reserve System.
The result is in practice UNCONSTITUTIONAL further disregarding the first
American Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton's architecture for an
American national financial system and economy free of Great Britain
neocolonialism as now:
a.) the American citizen is taxed largely without proper representation
in that Great Britain and American oligarch funded "special interests"
groups control the national, state and local elections and legislation;
b.) the American economic environment is more competitive with more

foreign goods entering the country; and
c. )the Bank of the United States established by the first American
Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton is abolished along
with a gold reserve monetary standard behind the nation's currency
controlled by the oligarchy of Great Britain and its intermarried cousins the
oligarchy of America with a gold-substitute financial instrument "virtual"
Reserve Notes.
The resulting federal income tax revenues and ability to print money
without gold reserves made resources available for America's military
entrance into World War I and an expanding federal government apparatus.

Of those advocates leading the charge for a new domestic intelligence agency,
separated from the FBI, none has been more prolific in his calls for immediate action
than Judge Richard Posner. Judge Posner is a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Seventh Circuit and a senior lecturer in law at the University of Chicago in
Illinois. Two of his books on the subject,
Remaking Domestic Intelligence and
Uncertain Shield: The U.S. Intelligence System
in the Throes of Reform,
showcase his belief that the FBI is not able to transform itself from an agency steeped in a
culture of law enforcement into an organization capable of conducting domestic intelligence
and terrorism investigations.6

As such, the FBI is merely able to implement immature and ad hoc programs to
counter the terrorist threat to the homeland forcing the Department of Defense to
engage in domestic intelligence gathering as evidenced by the National Security
Agencys Terrorist Surveillance Program.4

Posners calls for action have roused a series of online discussions or blogs
dedicated to advancing the conversation on the creation of a new domestic
intelligence agency. One such discussion paraphrases and praises Posners work
and further suggests that, based on the FBIs past abuses under Hoovers

Warren Commission Member: JFK Shooting Was a

Lee Harvey Oswald may have been part of a conspiracy, according to
investigative reporter Philip Shenon, whose book "A Cruel and Shocking
Act: The Secret History of the Kennedy Assassination," has just been
issued in paperback.
In an excerpt from the newly published edition that is running in Politico,
Shenon, a former New York Times correspondent, reports that Warren
Commission staffer David Slawson, now an 83-year-old retired law school
professor, has come to believe that he and the investigation were victims of a
"massive cover-up."
The Warren Commission was charged by President Lyndon B. Johnson with
investigating the Nov. 22, 1963, assassination of President John F. Kennedy
in Dallas. The commission issued its 888-page final report in September
1964, which determined that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in shooting the
president.
Slawson's mandate had been to determine if the assassination involved a
foreign conspiracy.
"I was convinced then that we had it right," Slawson told Shenon. That
Oswald was a "true lone wolf" and that there was no conspiracy. "I now know
that Oswald was almost certainly not a lone wolf," he said.
He still does not buy into any of the popular conspiracy theories. He has no
doubt that Oswald was the lone shooter.
Based on documents that Shenon unearthed and showed to Slawson, the
ex-staffer does now think that the CIA knew at the time of Oswald's meetings
with pro-Castro diplomats and activists in Mexico City.
The agency would have been aware that the Cubans egged on Oswald when
he explicitly told them: "I'm going to kill Kennedy."
The CIA never told the Warren Commission that the Cubans technically
knew of Oswald's intentions before he pulled the trigger. It did not reveal that
it "had Oswald under far more aggressive surveillance in Mexico than it
admitted to the commission," according to Shenon.
This information was kept from the commission by the CIA and by Robert F.
Kennedy "because they feared that the investigation might stumble onto the
fact that JFK's administration had been trying, for years, sometimes with the
help of the Mafia, to assassinate Castro," Shenon wrote.
Robert Kennedy, then attorney general, was in charge of the secret war
against Castro. He prevailed upon Chief Justice Earl Warren, chairman of the
commission, to make certain that Oswald's time in Mexico and what U.S.

spy agencies knew about it was not aggressively pursued, according to

both Shenon and Slawson.
That could explain why Slawson was blocked by Warren from interviewing a
Mexican woman who had been employed in the Cuban consulate in Mexico
"and who dealt face-to-face with Oswald on his visa application" and may
have become his lover, wrote Shenon.
"I know I did the best I could," Slawson, who was "the commission's chief
conspiracy-hunter," told Shenon.
He added, "I had no way of knowing what I wasn't being told."
In those day, he said, "we assumed that government officials would tell us
the truth." Nowadays, "no one makes that assumption anymore."

Mafia hit man James Files says in interview first aired nationally on Newsmax TV
Thursday night that he worked along with major mob figures and fired the shot that
killed Kennedy from the grassy knoll at Dealey Plaza in Dallas.
Friday, Nov. 22 marks the 51st anniversary of President John F. Kennedy's tragic
assassination and Newsmax TV marked the occasion by airing the provocative
premiere of the blockbuster documentary "I Killed JFK", featuring never-before-seen
footage of Kennedy's confessed killer.
The documentary, produced by Hollywoods Barry Katz, presents convincing forensic
evidence supporting Files' contention that he, and not Lee Harvey Oswald, fired the fatal
shot at America's 35th president.
"I squeezed off my round. I hit him and blew his head backward," Files said of the single
shot he fired that fateful day.
"I Killed JFK" Executive Producer Barry Katz said: "Until now, no one has ever
confessed to the murder of JFK, and most people still believe that Lee Harvey Oswald
was the killer. After the world sees this special, I am confident that the greatest mystery
of our generation will finally be solved."
Files, who changed his name from Jimmy Sutton, was born in Alabama in 1942, and
after a stint in the Army became associated with both the Chicago mob and the CIA.
He worked under mobster Charles "Chuckie" Nicoletti, an underling of mob boss Sam
Giancana. Giancana and other mobsters had been angered by the presidents brother,
Robert, who as U.S. attorney general was targeting organized crime in a major
prosecution effort.
Retired FBI Special Agent Zack Shelton appears in the documentary and reveals that
he provided inside information to private investigator and Kennedy assassination
investigator Joe West about Files possible connection to the Kennedy killing.
Two decades after the assassination, Files told West he would confess to Kennedy's
killing in return for immunity from prosecution. West was negotiating on Files' behalf
when he died in 1993.
Files is currently incarcerated at the Danville Correctional Center in Danville, Ill. He was
convicted of the attempted murder of two police officers during a roadside shootout in
1991 and sentenced to 50 years in prison.
The documentary chronicles how Files, along with Nicoletti and mobster Johnny Roselli,
came to be in Dallas on the day Kennedy was assassinated.
In his "I Killed JFK" interviews from prison, Files tells why he chose to position himself
on the grassy knoll to await JFK's motorcade while another shooter took a different
position.
"I've got the railroad yard in back of me," he said. "We got a parking lot there and I got a
place where I could stash whatever I would need, and I could pass myself off as a
worker in the railroad yard for the time being until the time comes and nobody would
really pay any attention to me."
Shortly before the assassination, Files said, "I went back to the plaza, got my briefcase
out with the gun in it. I went into the railroad yard, put it away where nobody could see
it."
As the Kennedy motorcade entered the plaza and made a turn, the president's car
cruised past a street sign in front of Files.
"That's when I started focusing through the scope. As far as I can see at this point the
president has not been hit in the head. I've seen the body lurch. I know he's been hit.
How serious I don't know.
"But my last instructions were we're going for head shots. If you have to take a shot take
it, but don't fire unless you really have to.
"I was aiming at his right eye. When I pulled the trigger it was almost like looking from
six feet away through the scope.
"As I squeezed his head moved forward. I missed and got it right along the temple, right
behind the eye. I squeezed off my round. I hit him and blew his head backward. I fired
one shot and one shot only.
"I never saw Mr. Nicoletti shoot Kennedy but I know he was the man in the building who
was supposed to be doing the shooting.
"As I was leaving Dealey Plaza nobody tried to stop me. There were two police officers
within 20, 25 feet of me. I didn't run. I just carried a natural gait and proceeded to exit,
just like a businessman walking away from lunch."
Files, who received no compensation for the interviews, spoke of a shell casing he
ejected from his gun.
"I took the shell casing. I bit down on it. I looked at it and set it on the stockade fence.
There was an indentation from my teeth on the shell casing."
A man and his son discovered a casing of the same caliber in the area just behind
where Files claimed he was positioned on the grassy knoll in 1987. The casing was
buried four inches in the ground. A dental forensics expert confirmed that an indentation
on the casing was made by human teeth.
Shelton is one of two former FBI agents who believe Files' story is credible.
He said: "I have tried to verify Files' story. A lot of that story I have been able to verify,"
including that a shot was fired from the grassy knoll "exactly where Files said he was
standing."
The documentary presents mounds of other evidence that Kennedy's assassination was
not the work of a lone gunman and that Files' account is more credible than the official
version put forth by the Warren Commission.
Files himself asserts: "Oswald never fired a shot."

As you know we have produced an extensive conspiracy theory of our own involving the IBF (FBI)
and upon review of this article we were not surprised it fits exactly into the theory we have
constructed except it was Marseille, France mafia hitmen.
We believe this is remarkable because the Grassy Knoll was the admitted hitman's location and Lee
Harvey Oswald never fired a shot with another Mafia hitman identified as having fired shots from the
Book Depository.
Even more remarkable 2 retired IBF agents are pushing the truth of this admission. The admitted
gunman is also connected to the CIA which is the most popular killer perpetrator.
Our conclusion then is that this documentary is part of a well-constructed cover-up of the truth; i.e. it
is even clearer the IBF orchestrated the killings of JFK, RFK and MLK.
The killer's admission he was told to take a brain ictus shot by his Mafia bosses and that he fired only
once and the casing he tooth marked are both credible because in our theory the missing JFK brain
was cannibalistically devoured (ingested) by the SCFM_SJ Church demonic and satanic worshippers
who also killed Abraham Lincoln.
Consequently, at least 50% of the truth behind the JFK assassination has been exposed 52 years
later but clearly the IBF's involvement will continue to be covered up.
