Greetings!
UP Enkindle is a university-wide leadership and service-oriented organization. It is
the first organization in the University of the Philippines Diliman whose core values
are leadership, service and non-partisanship.
In line with our adherence to leadership and service, we are heading UPNext, a
Facebook page which will contain and showcase several events, projects, and
other activities of different student bodies available to everyones viewing for
supplementary publicity. The said Facebook page is perceived to provide the
universitys events better publicity and accessibility. For further details regarding
the project, please refer to the succeeding page attached to this letter.

In this regard, we are requesting UP Optics to become a part of this project. As a

partner, it is expected that the following responsibilities be carried out: (1)
provision of at least 50 likes for UPNext, and (2) sharing of the projects publicity
materials through the organizations Facebook page. In return, your organization
can expect the following benefits: (1) recognition in the UPNext page as a partner
organization, (2) placement of the organizations name or logo in all publicity
materials, and (3) opportunity to publicize events in UPNext for one academic year.

UPNext
What is UPNext?
It is a Facebook page where events of different organizations, fraternities, sororities and councils are centralized.

What will be the content of UPNext?

It will contain publicity materials of all partnering organizations.
To make the page more organized and to make access to events easier, UPNext will also have a calendar of
events. Each event will also be categorized (i.e. educational discussions, parties, movie screenings) and
corresponding icons will be provided. This is to make identification of events easier.

How is UPNext visualized?

The page is visualized to be known by UP students as a one stop page which they can visit to gain access to
most events in the university. A page that upon opening will welcome them with a calendar of events; each
event in the calendar having a publicity material in the page giving students further details.
The page is also conceptualized to become a publicity engine. It aims to help organizations reach students
from different colleges.

What opportunities does UPNext hold for your organization?

An opportunity to be part in the creation of a publicity engine and a one-stop page for the university.
The capacity to reach a wider audience with minimal effort.
