Jason DeShaw
coming here

Country artist Jason

DeShaw is coming to
Glasgow on Thursday, April
23rd as part of his 10 city
tour across the Montana
HiLine!
He is traveling to
present Serenity in the
Storm, his story of recovery
from mental illness and
addiction with songs of
hope.
I want to give
people hope and let them
know theyre not alone
with mental illness and
addiction, says Jason.
The tour is presented
by BlueCross BlueShield
of MT, and the Center for
Mental Health Research
and Recovery at MSU.

Git him, Ryan!

Aiming for a seagull that was circling above Johnny Jones head is Nashuas
Ryan Scanlan. We hope Ryan missed and the seagull was able to zero in on
his target. But seriously, it was a most beautiful day for a track meet today as
the Porcupine Invitational was being held at Scotty Field in Glasgow.

FREE POPCORN TUESDAY!

FREE POPCORN WITH EVERY PAID ADMISSION

There will be another track meet here on Saturday,

April 18th as the Glasgow 7th & 8th graders host a meet.
The field events begin at 9:00 with the timed events
starting at 9:30. The final event (1,600 Meter) is at 3:40.

Nicky (Will Smith), a veteran con artist, takes a novice named Jess (Margot Robbie)
under his wing. While Nicky teaches Jess the tricks of the trade, the pair become
romantically involved; but, when Jess gets uncomfortably close, Nicky ends their
relationship. Three years later, Nicky is in Buenos Aires working a very dangerous
scheme when Jess -- now an accomplished femme fatale -- unexpectedly shows up. Her
appearance throws Nicky for a loop at a time when he cannot afford to be off his game.

Helena matched against a really good boxer from
Saskatchewan.

RUMINATION OF THE SITUATION

Ol Nick keeps ruminating about so called Investor/
Developers. Same stories of St. Marie? Not really. Im
not just chewing my cud, because my writings reflect facts
coming out of my Due Diligence efforts. I use various
sources such as: Signed Documents, Judicial Rulings, Tax
Records, Attorneys, and Honest Ethical Experts. I have the
backing of the Good People of St. Marie.

WHY? - Well folks, dont move! Just let me tell you why.

REASONS- Im taking a proactive posture in trying to
help protect the money and property of all the good folks of
St. Marie....those who have their retirement savings invested
in their condo units. I might add that those whove fixed up
their homes real pretty and that pay all their bills and taxes.
These are the well intentioned, honest, and ethical folks with
character.

WHY (again)? - Im not here to scam anyone or to make
more money, Im an ol retired guy just wanting to live here
with good people and fish, hunt, golf, and tend to my garden.
(and play pinochle with the fellas down to the VFW)

HOW? - My aim is to anticipate and expose suspected
wrong doings and prevent things as such....any unethical or
illegal activities that are suspect. My characterizations of the
issues are not solely mine. I go on what I see as well as on the
advice of others qualified and experienced recommendations
on such matters.

PREVIOUS ARTICLE- My previous article were in the
words of Federal Judge Hon. John L. Peterson. They were
taken ver batum from Case No. 05-62166 Memorandum
of Decision Oct. 17, 2005, public information. The BUZZ
article previous to that quoted someone that once said Theres
money to be made in Bankruptcy and my opinionated
comment was He aint gonna get away with it again!

ENCOURAGEMENT- that drives me- The St. Marie
Folks, Attorneys, and Fraud Experts that sense potential

future wrong doing and rascality.

EXPERT WITNESS- 9 months ago I had conversation
down at the St. Marie Town Hall with a gentleman with quite
a background. He is a retired Federal Management Auditor
with the U.S. General Accounting Office. He was a Certified
Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner. In addition,
the man is a Korean War Marine Corp Veteran, life member
of the VFW, life member of the Marine Corp League, and a
member of the American Legion. He conducted a preliminary
study of the St. Marie issues and stated: I am surprised that
someone in political power has not decided to investigate for
criminal activity. He also stated, St. Marie should appeal
to the Office of the Montana Attorney General to send an
investigator to examine into the actions of all the investors
and to determine the extent to which there are and have
been attempts to defraud the community and individuals
of their rights, funds, and freedoms. In the opinion of this
disinterested party and based on my experience as a Certified
Fraud Examiner, not to mention Management Auditor, this
action alone can lead to an almost immediate cessation of
lawsuits, countersuits and improvements in the relationships
between Valley County and St. Marie.

Just last week he communicated, Frankly, I would be
surprised if someone in your Condo Association were not
willing to refer these matters to the State. For based on my
own background and experience, I would certainly conclude
that where so much manipulation through legal challenges
to ownership of the land you condo units are on for example
appears evident, it also appears that such manipulation
foretells even more possible criminal intent to defraud the
existing homeowners.

COMMENT- My previous BUZZ articles warranted a
follow up writing to clarify and justify.

Stay Tuned Folks!

Super Blonde!

Danelle came in the other day to place a Happy

Birthday ad for her daughter Breanna (Happy 18th,
sweet heart!).

Well, guess what? She had a couple of different baby
photos and couldnt decide on which one to use. So the
entire Buzz staff (all three of us) picked out the one that
was used in the ad.

And then guess what? One of the photos was that of
her niece the one that got used for the birthday ad!
As Zac did say, Talk about a Super Blonde
moment.

SATURDAY NIGHT

Contrary to popular belief, the stomach is a highly
inefficient method to reach a mans heart. Instead, take
the following steps:
1. Make a 2 to 5 inch cut in the man chest wall using
a surgical knife, or whatever edged weapon may be
nearby.
2. Pull the surrounding muscles aside. This can be
done by pulling with your hands if tools are not
available.
3. Slice the attaching veins and arteries, or tear them
with your hands.
4. Pull at the heart until it comes loose.
5. If the heart is not required, dispose of it in a sanitary
fashion.
The dietary habits of the man in question should
not affect this process. I hope these fun tips have been
helpful!
