1.

Fully dimensional drawings to scale and in A 1 sized sheets, giving constructional

details and material specifications of all parts and components for 12-way, 200 Amp.
Kuwait Rating Street Lighting Feeder Pillar. The normal rating of the Feeder Pillar shall
be the maximum continuous ratings under the worst temperature conditions
encountered in Kuwait (55C).

2.

Complete type test reports and certificates for the above type and rating of
Feeder Pillar designed and constructed as per the technical specifications and
requirements of the Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW), Kuwait, or for Feeder
Pillar of similar rating, design and construction
from an Internationally
Recognized Independent Test Laboratory (ASTA, KEMA or CESI). The test
reports and certificates older than five (5) years are not accepted.

3.

Completed, signed and stamped Technical Schedules for "General Particulars and
Guarantees" for Feeder Pillar in a given format.

4.

Guarantee for Feeder Pillar against design and manufacturing defects.

5.

Manufacturer's originalleafiets/catalogues

6.

Manufacturer's profile including copy of the audited balance sheet including summary of
actual assets and liabilities for a minimum three (3) financial years attested by the
concerned authorities in Kuwait.

7.

Confidential statements from Bankers about the position of the Firm.

8.

Manufacturer's staff including an organogram of the organization with names of the

personnel.

9.

Copy of Certificate of Registration with the Public Authority for Industry giving approval
for switchgear manufacturing.

10.

Copies of ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard Certificate, ISO 14001 Environment
Management Standard Certificate and the BS 8800 Occupational Health and Safety
Standard Certificate, after authentication by the competent authorities.

11.

Country of origin of the products.

12.

International standards followed.

13.

List and description of the Company's engineering plants stating the location, installed
facilities, manufacturing capacity of each and history of the company.

14.

Details and sources of all raw materials and test certificates.

15.

Details of manufacturing process and quality control procedure followed.

16.

Design calculations as and where applicable.

17.

Production capacity.

18.

Supply references (Feeder Pillars, LV Boards, ML TP'S, MSB'S, etc.). List shall include
order/contract numbers and quantities.

19.

End user's certificates from minimum three clients.

20.

Once the above submissions/requirements

are completed, studied and accepted,
the Manufacturer has to provide this Ministry at their own cost with one sample
of Feeder Pillar for trying out in the network for a period of six (6) months to one
(1) year. Also, in case the type tests have not been carried out earlier on a feeder
pillar designed and constructed to MEW specifications and requirements, the
same shall be carried out in an internationally recognized independent testing
laboratory (ASTA, KEMA or CESI), and test reports and certificates submitted for the
Ministry's scrutiny and record purposes.
