program New Delhi,
 Co-organized a conference on health micro insurance in New Delhi, and coordinated India
the Asian Micro Insurance Network forum. Compiled bilingual reports.
 Represented the ILO during the International Conference on Micro Insurance in
Bombay hosted by CGAP and the Munich Re Foundation.
 Gathered and analyzed data about Below Poverty Line households and interviewed
insurance companies to prepare the implementation of the first national health micro
insurance scheme for the 500 million members of the informal sector.
 Drafted a report about the extension of the emerging Indian insurance schemes
covering people living with HIV.
 Launched a research project on socially responsible corporations and social venture
capital funds potentially interested in micro insurance schemes in India.
 Analyzed national and international philanthropic foundations involved in funding
micro-insurance and microfinance projects.
