Compare and contrast cyber-bullying vs.
regular bullying.
Watch a video clip about Cyberbullying and the effects it can have.

Handout with real-world scenarios of how to deal with cyberbullying

Follow-up with counselors, if needed.

Student Self-Assessment and Reflection


Students will reflect on their behaviors and the behaviors of their friends
throughout the lesson. They will evaluate their encounters with
Cyberbullying and discuss ways to improve and overall eliminate
Cyberbullying.

Experiences
Stage 3: Plan Learning Experiences

Students will discuss what they think contributes to


Cyberbullying and how they could prevent it.
Students will view surprising statistics based on student and
parent Cyberbullying facts.
Students will see the long term impact of Cyberbullying and see
that it can lead to death and can have very serious
consequences.
Will also send presentation out to parents because they need to
be aware of Cyberbullying and that they are an integral part in
putting an end to it.
