Agile Program resource who will be using AT&T laptop at Dallas HQ for
their assigned tasks/activities.
Log in using ATTUID and temporary password and create new domain
password
1. Set up Global Login password
a. Open your internet browser and paste the following URL:
https://www.e-access.att.com/empsvcs/hrpinmgt/pagMenu/
Click on "Register Password"
b. Click 'OK' to agree to the terms
c. Complete the required fields and then click 'Submit'

NOTE: leave the following three fields blank:

1. City of Birth
2. AT&T PIN
3. Secret Answer/Code word

2. Photo ID Badge & Access Card: Please note that this will be done in 2
separate requests and there will be a time lapse in between the two requests.
a. 1st Step Requesting your Photo ID: https://webid.web.att.com/ba/
i. Go to the AT&T Intranet and type in Photo ID in the search box
and click on the link that comes up for photo ID
ii. Select request for myself
iii. Fill out the form and make sure the data that populates the fields
is accurate.
iv. Youll need to fill out 1 form of identification SSN number or
passport info
v. Youll need to attach a photo that will be used on the Photo ID
(see specifications below).
vi. Press Submit and its submitted
vii. Youll then receive an email in approx. the next 24 hours that
indicates your Photo ID has been approved. At that point, you can
move on to the next step.
viii. When you receive the email approving your Photo ID, look at the
time you received this approval email. IF the time you received
the email:
1. Is before 12AM-midnight, you can go ahead and submit the
Access Card request the next day.
2. Is after 12AM-midnight, you will need to wait one additional
day before you can submit the Access Card request.

b. 2 Step Requesting the Access Card:

i. When you submit the access card request, only select general
access to Bldg 1 (208 S Akard St) and Bldg 2 (211 South Akard St).
Nothing else will be approved.
ii. In the request, for delivery option, select Mary Sparks, the
assistant on the 8th floor. Marys ATTUID is what you will need to
enter for delivery and her ATTUID is: ms311s
iii. Your photo ID and your access card should be delivered to Mary
and she will contact you when it arrives.
Photo Requirements for ID Badge:

File size of 100K or less.

Clear, identifiable photo of client.

Must be a color photo.

JPG or JPEG format.

Background should be white or light gray.

Picture should be of the head and shoulders only (passport style).

No caps, hats, or head covers (unless for religious or medical


requirements).

No dark glasses.

Eyes must be open.

For best results, please have your camera setting at the "640x480" settings
and be reasonably close to the subject.

b. RSA Provisioning (in the left hand nav)
c. Request Token
d. On the User information page towards the bottom place this for
business reason: eStrategy Agile Program resource who will be using
AT&T laptop + wlanVPN wifi at Dallas HQ for their assigned
tasks/activities
e. Select VPN/Dial-up remote access and system/application access from
the drop down titled RSA Account Primary Use (under Business
Reasons).
f. Select the radio button for Standard VPN Access to AT&T Intranet.
g. Press Submit
5. SVN access:
a. New Process to be covered separately
6. Permanent admin access to the laptop you been assigned
b. Go to the link -- https://intra.att.com/cops2/aws/index.cfm
c. Click on the option "Regular/recurring need for elevated rights to my
own current machine"
d. Select "I acknowledge" checkbox and Continue
e. Click Continue

f. Level of Permission required -- Administrator - Can Perform Any Function


g. Application Developer (ATTUID) -- Put in your ATTUID
h. Give appropriate reason/justification -- For example developers -- Need
to install software for development purpose and different browsers to
test the code
i. Click Continue
7. Installing AT&T Q messenger - Q communicator will provide you with a
variety of communication options: Send files, Instant messenger, Share screen
with others/screen shots.
a. Click on the Red Q on your home screen and this will download Q or you
can use the following link for downloading and all matters pertaining to
AT&T Q Messenger http://q.att.com/wiki/Get_Q
b. Next, click on the link below to connect to E-Biz Transformat Chat room:

storing the following backup files like outlook pst etc.
Coat Hanger: There is a coat rack located on the 8th floor. Some people bring in
their own personal coat hanger, so please respect that in the office. You may want
to bring your own hanger to utilize the coat rack.
Office Hours that MUST be covered are: 10:00AM-4:00PM Central time people
generally arrive by 9AM into the office. 9 hours a day is the expected work day.
Webstr/CMPM: Its mandatory to enter your time worked into Webstr on a
weekly basis. More details will be provided to you by your APM on the Dashboard
team. ALL time worked for the current month, MUST be entered into CMPM by the
last day of that current month.

Office supplies may be provided by Christopher Hunt, the onsite admin.


Christopher is located at the front desk on the 8th floor at Building 2. If office
supplies are not provided, you would need to purchase on your own, such as a
laptop bag/backpack.
Parking I heard that there is $5 or $6 per day parking available on Jackson Street,
a few blocks from the office.
DART Train Station is a few blocks from the office, within walking distance, at the

AT&T Kitchens onsite:

Cups and coffee mugs are not provided, youll need to provide your own

There are refrigerators for you to use (do not use the ice/water feature on the
fridge)

There is water and ice provided for you

Coffee and tea is not provided. There is a club available to join through an
onsite person (see sign in the kitchen):
o Coffee Club for one month is $10/mo
o Tea Club for one month is $5/mo

Caf and CVS drug store are located on the concord level.
Starbucks is located on the 1st floor at Building 1
Vending Machines are available and located on floor 7 and 13 in Building #2.
Food/beverages are also available on the concourse level in the cafeteria area.
