Project Manager II
Managed enterprise software development projects, led cross-functional team of developers to create
a loss mitigation solutions.
Created and implemented project management templates used to document all aspects of
software engagement from project conception through completion. The templates enabled more
efficient process of project scope and requirements gathering for the project team, and facilitated
better management and transition of activities for ongoing support of application solutions.
Led team of developers from two divisions to create an integrated Deed in Lieu (DIL) loss
mitigation solution, which streamlined DIL closings, exceeded client expectations in delivering a
customized solution that was completed in 90 days and adopted as the default DIL solution for
new clients.
1999-2012
Established a customer assistance center, delivering data and voice network setup of local IT
support in Bangalore, India. Led the project team to change the clients application interface
solution to Citrix during the "go live" execution to improve performance across delivery centers.
Met all major milestones and deliverables; received strong positive feedback from the client.

Implemented and enforced change and problem management control to stabilize costs with a $2
million contract by applying fundamental project management practices and implementing a
methodology to establish procedures and standards in clients environment.
Benefits open enrollment project: gathered requirements, developed web-based, and IVR
applications, and created benefit carrier feeds. Setup a mailroom and a service center. Generated
$1.5 million in revenue (gross profit: 35%) by managing this cross-functional team.
Managed a $1 million budget and four global project managers (PMs) in the planning and
execution of transition activities for global governance reporting, human resource transition,
workplace services, global project communication, and setup of the project office.
Led outsourcing activities of a technical support team for global knowledge transfer for server
support in multiple global geographies. Deliverables were completed on schedule, which were
used by the new support teams.
Managed the first divisional strategic engagement for a Windows 2000 (W2000) migration and
active directory/file server consolidation project, which grossed a 35% profit. Modified and
supported a customer-developed W2000 base workstation image deployed onto 1200
workstations in 12 locations and tested and modified business applications. Successfully met cost
and schedule commitments resulting in high client satisfaction.
Administered the relocation and the consolidation of 43 client servers to the IBM network
infrastructure in the Raleigh Research Triangle Park including the monitoring and support of daily
operations. Provided project management leadership and coordination for the 35-member transition
team. Completed the project on budget and on schedule.
Developed the delivery Global Request for Service (RFS) process which included the on-boarding
of servers and network equipment into IBM support services and to solution new service
opportunities. Documented process and procedures, trained the RFS PMs in the global areas,
developed team metrics, and managed the backlog of an average of 150 projects in eight months.
