Question One
A Doctor of philosophy student was contracted by ABC company based in Kenya to investigate
the nature of the relationship between specific attributes of employees in the company. She
designed a questionnaire and used systematic random sampling to pick a sample of 115
respondents. The information gathered from the company was prepared in excel spreadsheet and

transferred to SPSS version 11.0 for analysis. The results are presented in the tables 1 to 6 that
are attached.
Required:
a) Use the attached table 1 (statistics) to make a brief comment on the
information related to the characteristics of the sample.
