Dear Family and Friends,

The resurrection of Christ validates all He has promised concerning our
salvation and eternal life. Because He lives He is able to do all He has promised
for us. Our hope in Christ is not wishful thinking but blessed assurance.

A couple of weeks ago, I finally got a meeting with our building contractor, only
to find out he has great reservations about continuing with us. So much so that
he decided, among many concerns that we needed at least most of the funds in
hand for him to continue. The meeting was somewhat difficult, but resulted in
good information and much to consider, discern, and confirm from the Lord
before we move ahead. The Board will meet the middle of May and is already
talking now about other ministry projects we might can move ahead on at the
property to begin having some ministry this year (i.e. temporary Drive-In
movies, picnic pavilions, RV parking, walking track, soccer field). Please pray
with us for Gods timing for when to do what, to best utilize the property, to
reach people for Christ soon.

This month, along with all the regular responsibilities, I will be making a short
trip to Haiti (7th-10th) to visit the Pastor of the Evangelical Baptist Church and
orphanage in Port-Au-Prince and see the ministries under his direction. We
have been in discussion of a ministry partnership for some months now and it is
time to see the ministry first-hand. Then soon after returning, I will be towing
an old Drive-In step van Mobile Unit down to Dover, Florida to be used by
another new partner Church/Pastor who has a ministry every Sunday with the
Mexican migrant workers in three large worker camps in that area. The old MU
has not been used in years because of its age and unworthiness to travel the
interstates, but it will be just right to make the few miles back and forth to
these camps. Praise God even the old, retired, and worn out can still be used by
God (people too J).

In family news things are really heating up. Last Sunday morning we returned
home from church to find the house thick with smoke. A pot was accidently left
cooking on the stove and gradually burned to the point of melting the stove
dials and keypad above it and filling up the whole house with smoke.
Graciously, the Lord watched over it all. The smoke alarm sounded just as we
walked in the door; part of the cabinets above the stove were blackened, but
nothing but the stove had burned. We are still cleaning but are sooo thankful.
We ended last month with Tim and Carolyns 6th anniversary. We will celebrate
birthdays for Jennifer (34) and Allie Faith (6). This month AnnaMae will be flying
to Wisconsin to visit family for a couple weeks. Jennifer, Rebekah & her two
children will also fly up for almost a week. Pray for safety in travelling.

Thank you for your love, friendship, support, and prayers. Our relationship with
you is very precious to us and we are grateful for you. God Bless you.

In His service together,
Mike & AnnaMae, and family
