Bob Keiller
CEO
Bob Keiller became CEO of Wood Group in November 2012, having served previously as CEO of
Wood Group PSN. He has worked in the oil & gas industry since 1986 and led the management
buyout of PSN from Halliburton in 2006 and its subsequent sale to Wood Group in 2011.
Bob has a Master of engineering degree from Heriot-Watt University and is a chartered engineer.
He was previously chairman of the Offshore Contracting Association (OCA), co-chair of the crossindustry trade body Oil and Gas UK, and served on the board of PILOT, the industry-government
taskforce group. He was a member of the UK cross-industry Step Change in Safety Leadership
Team and led the UK Helicopter Task Group formed in 2009 to accelerate safety improvements in
air safety. He is a former chairman of the Aberdeen & District Round Table and the
Entrepreneurial Exchange.
Bob's awards include Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006 and 2008, Scottish Businessman of the
Year in 2007 and Grampian Industrialist of the Year in 2008. In 2009 he was recognised for his
outstanding contribution to the oil & gas industry at the Scottish Offshore Achievement Awards. In
2010 he was the first individual to receive global recognition in safety leadership when he was
awarded the International Regulators Forum's 'Carolita Kallaur Award', for his outstanding
leadership of the Helicopter Task Group.

Alan Semple
Chief Financial Officer
Alan Semple has been chief financial officer of Wood Group since 2000 and served as finance
director for the Well Support business (sold in 2011) from 1997 to 2000.
Prior to joining Wood Group, Alan was finance director of GRT Bus Group PLC, a transportation
company that is now part of FirstGroup plc. From 1987 to 1994 he was finance director of
Seaforth Maritime Group Limited, an energy services company. Alan earned a Bachelor of Arts

degree in business administration from Strathclyde University.


Sue MacDonald
Group Head of Human Resources
Sue MacDonald, Group head of Human Resources, is responsible for developing and delivering
the Group's human resources strategy. She joined Wood Group in November 2010 as Human
Resources director for Production Facilities and was seconded to lead the integration team for the
acquisition of PSN. She was appointed Human Resources director for the combined Wood Group
PSN business in 2011 and to Group head of Human Resources in 2013.
Sue has more than 25 years of industry experience and joined Wood Group from Marathon where
she was head of Human Resources for the global upstream business, based in Houston. She has
a Master of Arts degree in arts and social sciences from the University of Aberdeen and a
postgraduate degree in personnel management from The Robert Gordon University. Sue is a
Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
Steve Wayman
Group Head of Strategy
Steve Wayman began his engineering career with BP after earning an honours degree in
petroleum engineering from Imperial College. Over the next 12 years he served in a number of
engineering roles in the UK before moving to Australia in 1989 to join J P Kenny's team as a
project manager. After managing several design and construction projects, he advanced to
operations manager and then managing director for Australia.
Following his appointment as joint managing director of JPK Group in 1997, with responsibility for
Eastern Hemisphere operations, the business grew to include offices in Delhi, Kuala Lumpur,
Melbourne and Jakarta, plus two start-up companies: Frontier (now Wood Group Frontier) and
Ionik (now Wood Group Integrity Management , also known as WGIM). In 2003, Steve was
appointed CEO of JPK Group, which was re-branded Wood Group Kenny in 2010. The business
now comprises five closely linked, international businesses: J P Kenny, MCS Kenny, MSi Kenny,
WGIM and SgurrEnergy (a renewable energy consultancy).
Nina Schofield
Group Head of HSSE
Nina Schofield, Group head of HSSE, is responsible for developing and implementing health,
safety, security and environment (HSSE) strategies across Wood Group's global operations.
Nina has more than 20 years of global HSSE experience with international energy services
businesses, and has worked in the UK, Azerbaijan, Canada and US. She joined Wood Group in
2014 from Amec, where she was Group HSSE director.

Nina has earned a Bachelor of Laws from Open University/Guilford college of Law, a Master of
Arts degree from Glasgow University and a National Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
She is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.

Robin Watson
Chief Operating Officer
Robin Watson became chief executive of Wood Group PSN in 2012, and was appointed to the
board on January 1, 2013. Prior to this he was the business' UK managing director.
With almost 30 years of engineering and industry experience, he has held senior leadership roles
in business development, project management and operations management, both within the
operator and service sectors. Prior to joining Wood Group, Robin worked for Petrofac and Mobil
Oil, working both in the UK and internationally.
For more than 10 years he has played an active role in some of the oil & gas industry's
representative bodies, namely as a board member of Oil & Gas UK and the Oil & Gas UK
Contractors Council, member of the Step Change in Safety Leadership Team, co-chair of the
'Step Change' human factors work group, and since 2011 has sat on the Scottish Business
Board, a cross-industry leadership group chaired by the Secretary of State for Scotland.
Robin is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, a Fellow of the Energy Institute and holds an Honours
Degree in Offshore & Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Bob MacDonald
CEO of Wood Group Kenny
Since joining Wood Group in 2003, Bob MacDonald has been the key account manager for BP,
managed the Operations Support Group and was operations director for J P Kenny before
becoming the director for the North Sea region in 2013 for Wood Group Kenny. A key member of
the Wood Group Kenny leadership team, Bob contributed significantly to the excellent growth and
performance of the business. He was appointed CEO of Wood Group Kenny in 2015.
Bob started his oil and gas career in the subsea industry more than 20 years ago. He has held a
wide variety of roles, working extensively offshore and on assignments in Europe, North and
South America, and in the Middle East.
Bob graduated with a degree in engineering technology and subsequently earned master's
degrees in law & arbitration and in offshore engineering from the Robert Gordon University in
Aberdeen.
Michele McNichol

CEO of Wood Group Mustang


Michele McNichol joined Wood Group Mustang in 2001 and was appointed CEO in 2015. With
more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, she has served in a variety of roles,
most recently as executive vice president for Wood Group Mustang's offshore, onshore, oil sands
and pipeline operations worldwide.
Michele was a key leader in the internationalization of Wood Group Mustang's offshore business
as it established operations in the UK, Malaysia and Angola. Her previous roles included
president of the upstream business unit and regional director for the Americas.
Michele started her career as a process engineer with Amoco Production Company before joining
ABB Lummus (Randall Division), where she served as a project engineer and project manager.
Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University
and is a registered professional engineer in Texas and a certified Project Management
Professional.
Dave Stewart
CEO of Wood Group PSN
Dave Stewart became CEO of Wood Group PSN in 2015, bringing almost 40 years of oil & gas
industry experience to the role, which focuses on the development and execution of the business'
strategy and future growth.
Since joining Wood Group in 1997, Dave has led the business to notable achievements. He
established Wood Group's duty holder capability in 2007 and broadened the service offering in
the UK Continental Shelf after being appointed UK managing director for Wood Group PSN in
2012.
The UK operations team experienced a 100% contract win rate in 2013 by securing 10 awards
from key clients. The same year, the team received four awards in the Oil & Gas safety awards.
Dave also serves in active roles in some of the UK's oil & gas industry organisations. He is on the
leadership team of Step Change in Safety and is co-chair of its Competence & Human Factors
steering group. He is a board trustee member for Oil & Gas UK and plays a key role in industry
bodies such the helicopter task group.
Dave is passionate about the community and spearheaded a campaign that raised 250,000 to
help open a new Maggie's cancer caring centre in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Robbie Brown
General Counsel and Company Secretary
Robbie Brown joined Wood Group in 2010 and is responsible for the Group's legal, compliance
and company secretarial functions. He serves as secretary to the board and as chair of the

Business Ethics Committee. Prior to joining Wood Group, he was a corporate partner in UK law
firm, Maclay Murray & Spens LLP, advising on international mergers & acquisitions and joint
ventures, and served as European vice chair of cross-border transactions for Lex Mundi. He read
law at Pembroke College, Cambridge, and practiced with Freshfields, in London, and Arthur
Robinson & Hedderwicks, in Melbourne, before returning to Scotland in 2000.
