Exterior Proposal Costa Del Sol Apartments:

HB Southern Builders LLC proposes to remove and replace rotted siding and trim, repair stucco as needed, replace
gutters as needed, repair metal railing, fencing and carports as needed, prep prime and paint all buildings, railing,
fencing and carports at Costa Del Sol Apartments.

Scope of Work
Painting:
Powerwash all wood and stucco surfaces to remove mildew, loose or peeling paint and water stains.
Scrape and sand loose and peeling paint as needed.
Treat mildew and water stains.
Prime all new and raw wood with exterior oil based wood primer.
Apply one finish coat of exterior acrylic latex paint to all wood and stucco surfaces.
Scrape and sand all loose and peeling paint from railings, staircases, fencing and carports as needed.
Prime all raw and/or rusted metal with red oxide metal primer.
Apply one finish coat of exterior industrial oil based enamel paint to all metal surfaces.
Apply one finish coat of exterior industrial oil based enamel paint to all entry doors.

Prep, prime and paint all buildings, stair and handrails. $102,801.92
Prep, prime and paint all miscellaneous railing not attached to buildings and pool fencing. $3,585.28
