JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS TO THE WILL
I, Dr. Maria Lioba A. Limpin, OF LEGAL AGE, Filipino, with residence and post office
address at 130 San Sebastian St.,Sasmuan,Pampanga after having been duly sworn to
an oath in accordance with law, answering questions propounded by ___, with post
office address at ___, where the examination is being conducted, and fully aware that I
may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury, do hereby depose and state the
following:
1. Q: Please state your name and residence.
A: I am Dr. Maria Lioba A. Limpin, a resident of 130 San Sebastian St.,
Sasmuan, Pampanga.
2. Q: Are you the same Dr. Limpin who witnessed the execution of the will of
Pacencia A. Tatlonghari?
A: Yes, Sir.
3. Q: Who else witnessed the execution of the will?
A: The other two instrumental witnesses are Francisco Garcia and Faustino
Mercado, Sir.
4. Q: During the signing of the will, were the witnesses you mentioned in the
preceding question present?
A: Yes, Sir.

5. Q: During the signing of the will, were you also present?

A: Yes, Sir.
6. Q: Was the late Pacencia Tatlonghari present?
A: Yes, Sir.
7. Q: Where did you witness the execution of the will?
A: We were at the sala of my fathers, Judge Limpin, house, Sir.
8. Q: In your and the two other witnesses presence, what happened?
A: Pacencia affixed her signature on the left hand margin of the 1 st, 2nd, and 4th
pages of her last will and testament, Sir.
9. Q: How about page no. 3?
A: Pacencia affixed her signature on the bottom part of page no.3, Sir.
10. Q: After Pacencia affixed her signatures, what transpired next?
A: I, Mercado and Garcia affixed our signatures on the attestation clause of the
will in the presence of Pacencia and of each other, Sir. We also signed on the left
hand margin of pages 1,2 and 4.
11. Q: What happened next?
A: My father, retired Judge Limpin, took the document and notarized it in the
presence of Pacencia, and in our presence.
12. Q: Do you have anything more to say?
A: None at the moment, Sir.
