WE ARE INTO OUR SECOND WEEK of our 40 day period of starts on March 7th .

fasting. I’m so excited….not about the things I’m laying aside or the days
I’m going without food, but for what lies ahead. I’M ANTICIPATING
THE “AFTERWARD”! ! ! ! I hope you are going by the church website
(www.woodruffchurchofgod.org) everyday and reading the daily blog I’m
posting there. It’s just a little blurb each day, trying to encourage you and
lift you up as you continue in your fast. You can also see it on my
Facebook page. If you are on Facebook, how about adding me as your
friend! Then you will have access to my postings, the blog, and even clips
from our church services. There is a discussion page where we are asking
you to post things that are happening during your fast. What a great way
to encourage each other.
THIS COMING SUNDAY NIGHT, our Pastor Emeritus will be with
us. For the next four weeks, Pastor Shealy will be preaching to us
REVIVAL MESSAGES, to prepare us for Revival. We are already
moving in that direction with our prayer and fasting, but the WORD OF
GOD will impact us in ways nothing else can. I know that Pastor Shealy
has heard from the Lord, and when he preaches we will be hearing from
the Lord as well. Please, please, please …….don’t let anything keep you
from being here on these Sunday nights. Even if your habit is not to come
to the Evening Worship Services, I’m asking you to PLEASE BE HERE.
God is going to move!

greatly impact the move of God that we experience.
ALSO, DON’T FORGET THE PRAYER EXPLOSION, planned
for March 6th at 7:00 P.M. This will be the last day of our fast and
the day before our Revival begins. We want to have a night of
thanking God for helping us through the fast, the times we met
with Him during the fast, and the answers to prayers that are
coming because of the fast. We want to celebrate the victory that
is coming ! We also want to pray that God will invade the
sanctuary here and that His presence will be here when Revival
REVIVAL DATES ARE: March 7th , 10 th, 13-14th , 17 th, 20-21st,
and 24th .

the CLC dining area (Dessert & coffee will be served.). If you feel
that God has called you to work in the altars or you’d like to know

CHILDREN’S CHURCH HOT DOG SALE has been
rescheduled to February 6th beginning at 11 AM to raise funds
for Kidfest. In case of inclement weather, hot dog sale will
be cancelled.
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10th is the deadline to sign up
for Junior Talent. If your child plans to enter, please see
Jonathan Atkins immediately.
SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY…… February 13th, the
Children’s Church staff will be offering a Baby Sitting
Service so parents can enjoy a night out to celebrate
Valentine’s Day. This will be in the CLC from 5-9 PM and
cost is $20 for one child, and each additional child in your

We are more than conquerors
Through Him Who loves us so
