1.0. PURPOSE
The purpose of this paperwork is to go through the right channels to aquire the permission
and the evaluation from the university in order to execute the said program.
2.0. BACKGROUND
Students are meant to use the time they spend to pursue higher education in the universities
and the like, to improve or pick up certain soft skills such as managing programs, drafting
paperwork and etc which they can use later on in their working life. As such, Persatuan
Pelajar Kelompok Amanah of the 2014/2015 session wishes to award those who managed to
exceed expectations and go beyond the norm.
The awards that will be presented on said night are as follows:

3.0. OBJECTIVE
3.1

With regards with the tittle, the official launch of the charity drive Masih Ada
Yang Sayang

3.2

Encouraging students within Kelompok Amanah to be open and well-rounded in

managing their time between extracurricular activities and their studies.

3.3

An opportunity for the student(s) to try at hand at something new and well out of
their comfort zones whilst developing their personality and learning new soft
skills.

3.4

A chance to improve interelations between PPKA members and those of the

student population within UNITEN.

3.5

A show of appreciation for PPKA members who have outdone themselves in

and shown their true worth in the quality of their work and their dedication and
performing the tasks and mandates given to them.

3.6

A medium through which the students of UNITEN can get together and improve
their network of contacts through social interraction

i. Posters ( colour ) - 40 in total; A3 in size; distributed evenly among all
four kelompok within UNITEN ( Amanah, Ilmu, Murni, Cendikiawan ),
foodcourts ( COE, COIT, Admin, DSS, Upten ), and bustops ( COE,
COIT, Admin, Amanah, Ilmu )
ii. Flyers - 200 in total; A4 divided into 6; distributed to each apartment unit
in each block within kelompok amanah
iii. Email - students are informed through email repeatedly
iv. Internet sending out invites and RSVP through facebook and twitter
