Greenhouse Patio Concrete Code Violation Repairs

HB Southern Builders LLC proposes to do all necessary work to complete the scope of work provided by Greystar
Management and agree to the General Conditions, Warranty Requirements, and Completion Scheduled set forth by
Greystar Management. After inspection of the property HB Southern has attached a site map showing locations where
concrete is to replaced and locations of grinding.

Scope of Work:

Concrete Paving Replacement:

R&R Concrete Paving SF 20,220.00
Saw cut all areas being repaired
Break and remove all concrete and rebar
Install #3 rebar 18" O.C.
Pour with 5" of 3000 psi concrete and broom finish.
Provide barricades
Replace parking lot striping as needed where new concrete was poured.

Concrete Sidewalk Replacement:

Areas to be removed will be marked with paint. There are too many areas to mark up on SF 1955.20
the site plan

Grind Concrete Sidewalk Trip Hazards:

Areas to be grinded will be marked with paint. There are too many areas to mark up on the LF 1081.00
site plan

Permits:
HB Southern Builders will be responsible for building permit and associated fees.
Dumpsters:
HB Southern will provide dumpsters and will maintain debris removal throughout the day with a complete pickup of all
debris at the end of each work day.
Completion Schedule:
HB Southern will complete the project within 30 calendar days from start of construction.

Warranty:
1 year for all materials and workmanship
**** HB Southern cannot be responsible for damages caused by residents before concrete has cured

We propose to provide all labor, material and equipment to perform all work listed in the scopes of work listed above in a
professional and timely manner with all work meeting city and state building codes for:

Our bid price is guaranteed for 30 days. Work will be billed weekly as job progresses. Net 30
